Thanks for having a flashing sign that says open but the door is locked, key still in the door, and no employee in sight. This place owes me a gallon of gas and $ 20 for wasting my time

So the last time I went to the store the salesperson fed me some very shady information. I decided to give them another chance and went back today to buy a phone. After waiting for 15 minutes in line the salesperson verbally sold me a phone. he went into the back room and a couple minutes later came out with smile on his face telling me that he’s sorry they don’t have the phone. I will never go back to this location again. I’d rather go down the street to their competitor.

I’ve been going here for about six months and the guy, the big guy that’s always there is fantastic. I’ve been in customer service for 35 years, I know good customer service, this guy is tops and I have no idea what he’s doing working in a rinky-​dink store like this. I had an ongoing problem with a defect in my phone, then the replacement phone had another defect, with the camera, and instead of giving me attitude like a lot of places he was apologetic and took care of it both times. Too many retail stores hire people that don’t like to SERVE, instead they should hire people like this guy who enjoys helping you, and really works hard to get things right.

The woman that works here is a complete and total IDIOT. This has to be the absolute worst customer service/​sales experience I’ve ever had in my life!
When I came in to buy a new phone, their computer was «down». I had to wait an hour as the initial person who opened my account didn’t give me a password, and they won’t sell a new phone without a password. Excuse me, what??? All phones in the store had a $ 30 rebate, and you needed the receipt to claim the rebate. Ms. Idiot told me to come back the next day to get it, and I would get a free cover for my inconvenience. Came the next day, they were closed. I work all week except Sunday, so came the next Sunday. Closed again.
At a HUGE inconvenience (I work in Dublin), I took off work to come get my receipt. Ms. Idiot gave me the nastiest attitude, and tried to berate me when I couldn’t recall the date, even though she said she remembered it. Then why the heck are you asking me? She claimed not to have remembered about the free cover, and then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t give me a rebate receipt because I didn’t have the box. I told her she never said a word about a box, and Ms. Everlasting Idiot tells me that she did. If she did I would have brought it!
This place is the kind of ghetto shenanigans that makes you hate life and everyone in it. Stay far, far, far, far away from this place if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. This place is for idiots, clueless, and fools only. You’ve been warned…
