This company is horrible. I’m surprised they’are in business. I highly encourage businesses to engage with other vendors like Ricoh or Cannon. Xerox has completely dropped the ball in partnering with MRC. Do yourself a favor, do not do business with MRC.

We signed a lease maintenance contract with Mr. Copy for multiple Xerox copiers in different locations. We had a direct contract with Xerox but Mr. Copy stated they were our Xerox rep and negotiated a new lease maintenance contract to save us money and provide a co-terminated lease. Mr. Copy is actually owned by Xerox and is a certified sales agent. Sounds good so far. Once Mr. Copy had us under contract then we had to use them for all of our service and supplies and that is when the trouble began. With Xerox when the drum light came on we just called Xerox and they would send us new supplies. We could even get extras on hand and replace immediately. With Mr. Copy they would always send a tech out who would just reset the counter to make the service light go away. Print quality would degrade and the light would come back on, then another service tech would be dispatched. It was only then that the drum/toner would be replaced. Recently we experienced a delay of over 24 hours just to get a drum/toner replaced: no printing available. After serious complaints, Mr. Copy is now working out getting us spare supplies at all locations but they have yet to arrive. I would not recommend Mr. Copy for your copier maintenance and supply needs. Go directly with Xerox or a different company.
