We got a SECOND produce vendor! What a treat to be able to walk to get farm-​fresh veggies!
And next week, we get a A LOCAL HONEY PRODUCER (The health/​immunity benefits from eating honey made by local bees is incredible)!!
Plus, there’s a lovely lady who makes jewelry and sells it for a very good price (she’s there every other weekend). I bought the cutest pair of cherry earrings that would make any rockabilly chick envious.

support this ! backyard gardens, community gardens run by high schoolers, food parties, volunteer and there is a new farmers market in town run by the Food Connection. Right in the Laurel. much needed since the farmers market at millsmont left a couple of years ago. The market is tiny now but has the potential of becoming something wonderful! stop by and volunteer or learn about starting your own garden. give back… I’ll be there in the spring… stop by and holla!
