This is absolutely one of my favorite liquor stores in all of Oakland. The hood people are funny to watch, the staff doesn’t give a S***, and the booze is cheap. Nevermind the alcohol when you come here, take a look at everything else that is around, how many places do you know that have a cold case with cheese and meat available by the slice? This is a hood store for sure, so don’t expect much, just know that these dudes are good people and will always hook you up, so long as your not dick to them.

Pennysaver Market has a tight parking lot. if full, would be iffy to get in and out. Penny carries the usual convenience items, ice cream, snacks, groceries, hard liquors. beer and wines.
little microbrews seen. no pricing on beers, .99 cent sign on lg. amazon teas.
