I’m not one to give a mean review and I rarely ever give one star reviews. Usually I’ll find something decent about the place and round it up to 2 stars. I don’t know much about cars or car insurance. But I assume that if your ever in an accident or have a question about your insurance policy you should be able to call your agent and expect to talk to someone. WRONG. Not here. If you ever try to call him ⁸⁄₁₀ times he’s away, according to his message machine «he’s out of the office or assisting customers»… Yeahhh sureeee… And I’m out trying to solve world hunger.
A few months ago, my sister’s car was involved in a hit and run. When we called the insurance agency, no one returned our calls and this being our first hit and run ever we didn’t know what to do. We also had questions about what a deductible was (yeah we’re that clueless) and so instead we called Farmer’s corp and they helped us through everything. You would think after receiving a bunch of panicked messages from us, someone from this agency would give us a call back right? WRONG AGAIN. Days, months passed by and no call. No call to see what we needed, to see how the car was, and most importantly no decency to give us a call to see how my sister was doing. NOTHING.
My dad chose this place because it was convenient for him and they spoke Vietnamese. But really people if that’s your only incentive to get insurance here it’s not worth it. Your better off at a place that spoke Latin or pig Latin. At least they would give a damn and give you a call back.
Seriously though with the thousands of cars on the road, the crazy, distracted drivers and the fact that there are millions of things that can go wrong while on the road or driving. It’s nice to know that if anything happened your insured and someone is looking out for you.
After my policy is up, I might just being singing… Like a good neighbor State Farm is there…
