Great shop on Lakeshore! So far, I’ve gotten 7 really great pieces in here! I’ve been in a lot and I’ve always had great customer service!

Very rude and unprofessional employees. I went in with my best friend who told me they had cute clothes. After buying a beautiful sundress with little help from the girl working there, that same day, I decided I wanted to return the dress because my birthday is next week and thought it would make more sense for me to wait until then and have someone else buy it for me for the big day since I’m picky about clothes. When I get there, the same girl who saw me purchase the dress earlier tells me there is no returns but can only give store credit or exchange. Mind you, she did not tell me this policy or mention any policy when I purchased the dress, which is usually what employees are required to do to if there is a policy in place. So I was under the assumption that returns were fine. I tell her that she never told me about the policy and she then proceeds to say «well you didn’t ask» which is absurd because how would I know to ask. She was very rude and passive aggressive and said I could just show my family my receipt and they could pay me back and that would fix my problem, very rude and disrespectful. I will not be spending any more money here and with it being an only 7 month old store, with the attitudes of employees, they will not be in business long.

Customer service here sucks!
Came in to see what this store is all about. I was wondering if they’re where sway use to be so I asked the girl. She said no. As I am trying on some clothes, I hear them talking right outside the dressing room saying how rude it is of me asking if it was sway. And luckily someone sister wasen’t there or else she would have freaked out and hurt me. this was all happening RIGHT OUTSIDE OF THE DRESSING ROOM. So you’re mad cause I asked you a question? Sway has been in the area for years. Did you feel threatened? Their romper was cute but I will not spend my money on a store like that. Maybe if you weren’t a clothing store similar to sway no one would have asked you that. I wish someone would lay hands on my so I can sue their fucken store and close that shit down.
Rude ass girls! Good way to start a new business. Keep up the horrible job!

The clothes are cute and sexy but I went to shop and the stupid fat lazy girl said they were closed while she eating!!! Hmmmmmm I wonder of owner would aprreciate that it says there open so they should be open miss piggy needs to stop being lazy and do her damn jobunchtime has been over and they don’t advertise they’ll be closed for an hh
