For a Quickly this place is really small. +1 star for mini boba. There aren’t any other teashops around where you can get mini boba! Also the fried chicken is pretty good.

THIS Quickly does it right! One person handles the money, the other your drink/food. Pay attention, not all Quicklys have it together. Jasmine Milk Green Tea with Aloe Vera boba and no ice, that’s the ticket!

I’ve been going to Quickly for over a year if not longer. I would go maybe 1 – 2 a month. It makes sense that I wouldn’t see the same staff all the time. So on my last visit, I received the worst customer service ever. You see, I currently live in Sacramento and when I visit the Asian businesses in S. Sac, I order«bubble tea» and they give me the smoothie. Well I asked for it by the same name in Oakland and she didn’t know what I meant. Ok, No worries, I asked her to teach me the proper name so that I’d know. the bad service came down to $ 1.50, After me ordering the wrong thing«bubble tea» she gave me a liquiddy drink. I explained how the error occured and that I had no problem paying for the difference in cost. After refusing to let me use my debit card for the purchase(must be over $ 5) to use debit. She then refuses to ask the manager if they’d make an exception, so I had to ask myself to then be scolded about ordering the wrong thing and how I won’t be able to do this again! In my head I’m thinking so, I’m trying to pay for my order, I don’t have $ 1.50 cash and I just paid for the first purchase, smh Me and my girlfriend will not be patronizing them anymore– $ 1.50, really!

Of all the Quickly locations I’ve ever been to, this is probably the only one where my drinks don’t come out quickly. I think that says it all.

Because I didn’t know any better I kept coming here for my go to Taro with no pearls. After the drink tasting off a few times and the disappointing popcorn chicken, I have sought out one of many other similar and better establishments. Kudos for honoring a coworkers’ request for another drink when the first one was so awful she had to toss it.

I am defin a fan of this location. Looks little run down but good drink specials and they are somewhat quick. Wish more food options were available like most other Quicklys.

Went in today… 615… Hrs on Unilocal say 9pm close… NOPE. Door says 7. But the rude chick was like the kitchen is closed. Then they had no mango for a mango delight. So got a mango slush with jelly. It was more like jelly with a small amount of slush. What a lazy place. As I walked out she locked the door. Wth is that.

I kinda like how not so crowded this place is only because I don’t like waiting too long for food lol the service was not impressive but the milk tea & food was good. Never have I ever seen Quickly sell hamburgers, hot dogs, or cheeseburgers but hey… why the hell not? Lol their hamburgers were fulfilling, fries hit my hunger spot, & their popcorn chicken was chunky! Loved it :] This place could use some more management skills but overall I think it’s ok, just needs a bit of work… other than that, thank god for that flat screen TV lol

My friend told me that their rainbow jelly is very very good and not like all the other places. She was right! It was very delicious! The texture wasn’t soft or mushy like most places. Only 3 stars because: 1) the girl who was working seemed like she hated her job and definitely looked like she didn’t want to be there 2) I was expecting to find a full snack menu like all the other Quickly locations, but this location’s snack menu was SUPER condensed. It only had like 5 items and I wouldn’t even call it a «snack» menu. They sold hotdogs and cheeseburgers. very strange for a Quickly

I usually take a walk during my lunchbreak, but right before I head back to my office, I make sure to stop by Quickly on my last lap through Old Oakland, especially on warm or hot days. The lady at the register has always been really friendly. She usually takes your order and then goes off to make your drinks right away after you pay, which can seem inefficient if there’s a line. However, she really does stick true to the shop’s name as she gets your drinks done quickly. I can’t speak much for the food since I’ve never ordered any, but fries are only $ 1 if you order a drink, so maybe one day I’ll give that a shot. My go-to drink is the taro milk tea with tapioca, and it’s usually the drink I order to gauge how good a boba place is. The taro milk tea is always good here, and the boba can range from good to really good, so Quickly more than satisfies my boba craving. There are 3 sizes available for drinks: Regular, Large and Chubby. They do take credit card but only if your order exceeds $ 10. Otherwise there’s a surcharge.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I ordered a caramel snow. Let’s emphasize the«snow» because that is all I got. My order looked as white as snow. Did they run out of caramel syrup? They couldn’t fake the caramel color at least just a little bit? There was a small hint of caramel flavor, but that was it. I swear, this is the most pathetic thing I’ve seen. It was more of a slush instead of snow, as well. I’m very disappointed and wish I demanded for them to re-do my order, but I just didn’t want to give them anymore of my time so I just walked away. The worst part is, I usually go to the Quickly’s on East 12th, but they decided to close one hour early today. Disappointing all around.

Bad customer service. The young girl there really isn’t friendly. Maybe its ’cause she’s young, but don’t wanna judge, so therefore she doesn’t give good customer service. The only reason why I gave it two more stars more than one is ’cause they honor the FIVESTAR deal. If you dunno what that is, you can get a free boba after so many points u’ve earned, not to mention, FIVESTAR is for a lot of other places, you just have to look it up.

Horrible service! Whoa! Fried popcorn chicken that the cashier stated would take 2 – 3 minutes longer than usual. I guess the usual is 28 minutes? The only reason why I know this down to the minute is because I had to feed the electronic meter twice while i waited! The other location usually took 10 minutes or less. In any case, the service is subpar here and I would not go again.

Mmm.. . bubble tea. Helps me get in touch with my inner Hello Kitty. Serious, do they put crack in these things because I can’t walk away w/o buying a bubble tea when I pass by.

Located in Chinatown of Oakland, this Quickly is small with lots of advertisements all over the store that display the sales and good drinks. Compared to the Quickly’s in Los Angeles, this one was quite cramped with not too many seats or tables. After looking at their specials, I ordered a green tea from one of the girls who were chattering a mile a minute. The drink was decent for the $ 1 I paid. Looking at the menu, the other drinks they have are quite costly. I can get a boba milk tea for the same $ 1, while I believe I have to pay more than $ 2 here. The drink could have been better tasting — something tasted a little off. There was nobody in the store so I was in and out in about a few minutes.

I’ve never been to a Quickly. Sadly, I’ve been to every other chain boba stop, but not Quickly. On the way to drop my sis off home, we stopped here, family in tow. Love that the location is easy to find and hardly busy. Me and the husband went in to grab some drinks for the family waiting in the truck. There was no one there and the place was super spacious. We made our order of taro, milk tea, a latte drink and strawberry smoothie(for the child who thinks boba is weird.) I was intrigued by the level of snacks and drink combos there were on the wall before me. There are a ton lined up row by row. I did notice the little foosball table calling our name and after our order we had our way with it for a few minutes. Forgot I could play somewhat. Then another opponent reached the table – a small little boy with messy hair. I asked if he wanted to play against my husband. He nodded excitably and took the challenge. Another plus about this location – random foosball encounters. After we left and I took my first gulp and slurp of my drink I was pleasantly happy with the fresh milk tea and boba texture. These kind of things are important to a boba lover.

The best Quickly that I’ve been to! I love this quirky Quickly. +1 star for the foosball table and mini-arcade! First boba place I’ve seen with these! Ordered the milk tea with boba and egg pudding. The milk tea was good, the boba was good, the egg pudding was… interestingly textured? Not sure why it was rough in some parts, but the milk tea and boba were good for the price! Seems like a cool hang-out spot! They also have a flat-screen TV.
