The customer service has improved. I do find myself waiting kinda long to pay for my items but the workers are friendlier than they used to be. Good prices and selection.

I love this store!!! If you like places like forever 21 you need to come here. It reminds me of f21 a decade ago, before they blew up their prices. Great for any statement pieces since they have a lot of bright and bold stuff, and the shoe selection is great! They seem to always be having some type of sale. And the staff has always been very nice to me compared to most retail stores.
If you’re looking to get some cute stuff without wringing out your wallet, look no further!

I wanted to come to this store and get my wife a few things… so I got the number from Google and called they said they closed at 5:30pm…someone in the background said 5pm before the lady hung up… so I drove from Eastern Oakland to Western Oakland at 5 minutes to 5pm they locked the door and didn’t open it. If they would have said 5pm in the first place I wouldn’t have came. Customer service is always key in business.

Rainbow is very hip to today’s trends. Jeans for about $ 20, tops for $ 7 – 11. I usually shop here for simple items– tanks, pants, jeans. Why go to Bloomingdale’s and pay $ 20+ for the same style tank that’s in rainbow for $ 3?

I definitely liked the Rainbow store in Jackson, MS so very much more because they had a bigger selection. This store is much smaller with less variety.

A Rainbow of womens clothes in this West Oakland ghetto fabulous inner city store.
Prices were really good. A general eye shot/​scan across the store shouted out prices under $ 10, now that’s what I’m talkin bout.
I tend to wear womens active/​sports/​athletic wear and not so much girlie girl clothes so there wasn’t anything that I bought here.
I do like the summer tops with thin straps but since I tend to be somewhat modest I don’t wear these cuz I don’t really want to expose the world to my very personal back tattoo canvas.
The people that were working there didn’t pay me no mind and that’s how I like it when I’m shopping… leave me the #u@K alone!
