I sampled their cheese balls at the Farmigo Launch party as well (referencing Jennifer C’s recent review). While I never had gruyère cheese before, their gruyère cheese balls was the most delicious cheese ball I had in my entire life. My favorite cheeses were smoke gouda and mozzarella but now gruyère beats them both. The carmelized onion cheese ball was tasty too but I was still in a food «high» from the gruyère cheese that I didn’t remember it as much.
Sabor Do Brasil sells their cheese balls in a pack. Do try one yourself in the near future.

BEST THING I ATE AT THE Farmigo launch party at Kitchener Oakland. The Gruyère cheese balls and carmelized onion cheese balls were heavenly and tasted so delicious when they came out of the oven.

Met the ladies behind Sabor do Brasil at the Farmigo launch at Kitchener Oakland (where the business is based). Gruyère cheese rolls and caramelized onion cheese rolls – all the size of a cream puff and made out of tapioca flour, so gluten-free – were both delicious.
They sell bags of 16 frozen rolls each for $ 7 – 8. Not too shabby, and great as a veggie and gluten-free snack!
