Don’t try this company, If you do, you are wasting your money
I entrusted them 3 weeks ago to send a order of examination to my judgment debtor
They told me that their server can not reach my judgment debtor even though they detected light and sound at the address I offered to them. As a result, I was trying to watch the address in past couple days. Their sever never show up and I met my judgment debtor. I take all the responsibility for all the material I wrote on this page.

It was awesome! I had tried other services without any luck, and then I run into these guys, I should have done it sooner! Guess that’s how things work sometimes.
I was a little skeptical at first but emails were exchanged and they got to work immediately.
Little than 5 days I had my paperwork at my mailbox!
I recommend this folks one thousand and one times!

I used them for process service and the subsequent court filing. They were friendly and professional in person, and the services I needed were completed at a reasonable price.

I work for a law office (Hayward) and when we need something served in Northern Alameda County, Same Day is the service we use. After they get my paperwork, I usually get a call from Barbara letting me know that they received it and that they are sending someone out. She is a sweetheart. Recently, an address I gave her was wrong and she noticed it right off the bat and called to see if perhaps it was an error. Of course it was and she saved everyone a lot of time.

Don’t trust these guys! I wish I could give no stars.
I did a Unilocal!search for process servers and since I did not see any reviews for these guys, I decided to call them. Most of the other reviews for process servers make process servers sound like thieves who take your money up front and don’t do the work. It turns out that Same Day Attorney Service is exactly that kind of company.
I hired them on a Tuesday to serve a defendant I knew would be the next day at 2pm. I spoke to Barbara on the phone and let her know this. She said if I hired her she’d let the server know, since any information is helpful to making the service happen.
I went to the office and repeated the same information that the defendant would be home at 2pm. She said she’d let the server know and that I should call her when when I knew he was home. I called her the next day to let her know he was home at 1pm and would likely be home at 2pm. She said she’d let the server know. The service did not happen.
I had to keep calling these guys to get updates. On the third day, I spoke with Mike who said that his server had yet to check in because he works a full-​time job during the day. Why give my case to a server who can’t serve during the afternoon hours when the defendant will be home? I mentioned to him that I knew the guy would be home again at 2pm that Friday. He said he would tell his process server to call me that night.
The server never called me. The next day Mike left a message that his server tried calling me 3 times the night before and that he also tried to serve the papers 3 times. I never got a phone call or voice mail from the guy. If I didn’t get the calls, it is likely that my papers had not even gone out for service. I called Mike to let him know that I didn’t get the calls. He said that I was calling his guy a liar and that I am a liar because I never told Barbara that I needed to have the guy served at 2pm that Wednesday. He called me a «liar» and then said he was not going to talk to me any more and hung up.
They are thieves.
After the second day of dealing with the nonsense at Same Day, I simultaneously hired WS Process Servers, Inc. -
. They are awesome! I scheduled the time with them, they coordinated with me, and the guy got served on the first try! Their website says Orange County but they work in Oakland, too.
