I followed Saeed to this salon as he moved here a few months back. I’ve only had my hair cut by Saeed so I can’t speak on the others, but certainly they seem nice and friendly.
Saeed’s awesome. He’s patient, listens to his customer, and gives sound professional advice about styles and cuts. Plus he’s easy to talk to and has a good perspective on things. Would recommend to others but I don’t want him getting too busy and then I’d have to wait even longer to get an appointment.

I have been going to Alicia for over 15 years. She is a fabulous hairstylist with an upbeat positive personality. I’ve sent many people to her and they always return and tell me how much they love her. I’ve seen her work with every hair type and texture. She does great cuts, color, press n curls, relaxers and natural hair styles with a focus on strong healthy hair. Everytime I go to the shop, I tell myself I need to book more often. I got a cut somewhere else once or twice and went running back. She’s my hair dresser for life!

I wear a Muslim headscarf and Simplicity could be the place to get a hair cut because it offers some privacy. They have shaded windows, especially if you choose a time in the afternoon, people can’t really see inside. Also you can probably ask for the time with less appointments. I made an appointment by text message with Alicia, and she didn’t come. Tina was there, and got several appointments lined up, but she fit me in, no problem. She was friendly and open minded. I was comfortable with the overall atmosphere. I do recommend this place to people with same needs as mine.

Great environment, wonderful customer service, educated stylists and best of all i always look hot when i step out of this place. I love Simplicity salon and have been receiving beauty services from Alicia for over 10 years she is great definitely if your looking for someone who specializes in healthy hair.

Tina did a great job on my hair and is super friendly as well. Her business partner Alicia is very nice. I don’t get my hair cut and styled as often as I should, but I will come here whenever I do.

Tina is a fantastic hair stylist. She is one of the only hair stylists in the Bay Area who has a knowledge trove about ALLLL TYPES of hair. I mean ALLL TYPES and backgrounds. I used to live in New York and went to many of the top stylist there, I have tried so many people here in the Bay its utterly ridiculous. If you want your hair done right go to Tina.

I love this salon. The owners Alicia and Tina are excellent. Great teamwork.
The salon atmosphere feels very relaxed and comfortable every time I go there.
Alicia is my stylist, and I always get excellent compliments on my «natural» hair.
