This is a cool place. It’s like a social club when I went. Customer service is average, food is good. There is seating both inside and out. What’s surprising is the view of the estuary, nice and calm. Plenty of parking, nice area to walk. WiFi as expected. Though 5 star for this one. Even though the cashier was nice the rest of the employees all over the place and chaotic. Didn’t go over to well. Though it’s still a nice place, weird design thought. But hey, seems to be the trend in Oakland area. Use the space you have!

I just finished dropping off someone at the airport at an unholy hour. It was 4ish a.m. and I was in dire need of a pick me up. Came here feeling drowsy. Eyes have closed. Head a bit cloudy. Just ready to fall and sleep. Did notice how this was close to the water and the boats? As the sun wasn’t rising yet, but there was some bit of light, it sure looked pretty. Service was good. Quick and efficient. Didn’t have to wait in line for too long. I take that it’s because they had just opened. Ordered a hot chocolate. Large. What was it? Tall, grande, and something? No whip cream. The person who I was with for a grande black coffee extra shot of expression. Honestly, it served it’s purpose. Have we had better coffee and hot chocolate? Of course. But it did what we wanted it to. It kept is awake long enough to get home. 4⁄5

I’ve been here on several occasions varying from morning to afternoon and not once have I enjoyed my visit here. After tolerating multiple mis-made drinks, I finally reached my tipping point last Saturday when I was harassed by a woman who was essentially off her medication. After this woman had blatantly insulted me and half of the customers coming into this location, the staff just watched and ignored her instead of asking her to leave. Order mistakes are one thing but tolerating disrespect is unacceptable. I suggest making the drive to Alameda. The staff there are a more friendly bunch.

This Starbucks is by far my favorite and the baristas are nice and make the drinks so perfect… There are times where the line is long but they work fast and it’s worth the wait… You get to order your drink and enjoy the pretty view of the docks in the back… Parking is okay if you come at the right time …

This was a quite cool Starbucks being right next to the waterfront area. They do not have many indoor seating, rather a bunch of outdoor ones on the side and near the waterfront. An urban trail also goes along the water can be seen from those outdoor seating as well. Most importantly, my coffee tasted good. Service was decent here. I guess the worse thing was probably the smokers that gather in large group right outside by the water viewing area.

Plenty of parking when I went and not too crowded. Good service from the staff and a decently clean place apart from the awful restroom. For a company like Starbucks I would expect restrooms to be cleaned up every 30 to 60minutes. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in several days.

I come here all the time and even I come I can usually recognize the people working here! The customer service is great and I always see customers making conversation with the people who work there. It is a fairly small Starbucks, but there is a breakfast bar like counter where you can sit and look outside. Sometimes it can be awkward sitting there, because often random strangers will be looking at you, but that wasn’t too much of a problem for me in particular! If you live in Montclair this is a great place to get your coffee or tea! Also, they do have some cups and coffee beans you can buy there, but I haven’t bought anything from here before, I usually just order coffee.

Wednesday 1÷6÷2016 Just went in to get an iced tea for the ride home and the baristas said, «We’re not making anymore today, sorry». Hmmm… they’re open until 8:00pm, but you won’t accommodate your customer? I left without saying anything about it, no point. Much rather post here for everyone to see what shitty service and attitudes they have. Unfortunately, I can’t order much with food allergies, or I would have. Thought Black Iced Tea was a simple order, apparently not! I won’t be back. Would have preferred to give ZERO stars.

By far my favorite Starbucks. Why? Free Parking(all day I think) & you would always find a spot. Free wifi also! It never gets extremely packed, I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a seat to study here. I had left this location really quickly to drop my sister off a set of keys, and had accidentally threw away my cup. The staff were super nice and charged me for a refill instead of full price for my next drink because they recognized my face! Attentive staff, and super friendly.

Nice enough place, but the racket of the blenders, milk steamers, and music makes it all but impossible to have a conversation on your cellphone. Otherwise, standard Starbucks stuff. Mediocre coffee, high prices, louder than hell. On most days, a place to sit back for a few minutes. Want peace of mind? Bring hearing protection suitable for working at shooting ranges or around(less than 30 feet from) operating jet engines.

So I came to this Starbucks and had a delightful experience with one of the baristas, her name Shirley, an asian woman of age. She was as sweet as my grandma, even though they were out of the drinks I was originally asking for, I came out happy with my green tea latte and my toasted multigrain bagel with cream cheese. Shirley was really nice about it and provided excellent customer service.

The Estuary Cove Starbucks in one sense is your classic Starbucks. Two people were taking orders when we came on a busy Sunday morning, nicely efficient. You have the full Starbucks menu, albeit no Clover machine. A moderate amount of inside seating. A shared parking lot on the small side but you can also park on the street. So why five stars? Step outside and walk to the back of the Starbucks and it’s clear: a great estuary water view! Enjoy your coffee and sit and watch the boats go by, see the sunset over the estuary, or stroll along the Bay Trail. This nondescript Starbucks is blessed with one of the great coffee locations in the Bay Area. Many coffee houses are forgettable — imbibing while soaking in the view here is an experience to remember.

You can see this Starbucks driving on 880S and so you definitely cannot miss it. Upon arriving the lady in the front didn’t seem to friendly taking our orders. We were standing in line and when it was our turn she didn’t even bother to say anything but just gave us a blank stare as we ordered. The only reason I gave this location 3 stars is because you can walk out the other door to look out at the water with the view. Other than that it’s just a regular Starbucks with bad customer service.

Loved this place since it’s right under our real estate office especially before meeting with clients. Also wait until you see the marina in the back. We can sip coffee and watch Yatch go by. This location is thumb up for me.

Starbucks has more than coffee, tea, cold drinks, pastries,… eats: «Hot Panini Chicken Santa Fe»(5.65) -«natural chicken breast with sour cream green chile spread, bell pepper and pepper Jack cheese on flartbread.» *filling pretty tasty, panini bread just so so, no crunch drips: –service above average as usual –food just so so.

I love this particular Starbucks. Every time I walk in this place it is like I am visiting my long, lost family members or something. I used to visit every day, many days two times a day to feed my caffeine addiction :)(this ‘might’ be why I know everyone that works here). Today I dropped in for a quick Pomegranate Refresher and a venti cup of ice and Beth yelled, «Hey Steph!» And then tons of other people told me they were glad to see me. I always feel so welcome, It is a MAJOR reason I choose to come here so many times a day. Everyone likes to feel special :) Thank you Starbucks for making me energized and ready for the day(no matter how many times I may need that in one day… lol). Love you guys! Keep up the great work!!! Stephani Smiles for Starbucks ;)

This place is a bit unexpected and I wouldn’t have come here if not for a friend who works in the area. The Starbucks itself is a standard one but it is the location that makes all the difference. On the front side, that’s totally uninteresting. It’s just in front of an interstate… but the back is directly on the water with a nice terrace, outdoor tables and chairs and a view on a little marina. The building protect us from the highway so it is nice and quiet. A true oasis in an industrial neighborhood. Worth the trip1
