Chalys looks like a coffee shop with a billiard table. at the deep end is the kitchen,
menu: cambodian chicken/beef sticks, fried wings, taro/chicken egg rolls, smoothies, lao papaya salad, lard beef, etc.
eats: lao papaya salad. (6.5) ordered medium hot
–sauce tasted very hot
–clumped in piles of noodles, sliced papaya, large cabbage sections
–not sure this is how it’s supposed to be
–almost too hot for me, excess saltiness a bummer.
