We are currently renting a drive up unit for 119 $ a month while we renovate our home. Hassan is the guy who helped us. He was really personable and friendly, took a liking to him immeadiatly. We were able to only pay like 20 bucks for the first month bc they had a deal and we wanted a Drive Up. I think it’s like a dollar for the first month for other units. Our unit was clean as is the facility. There isn’t a ton of ppl here usually and it’s easy to navigate. They are not 24 hours. Customer service is on point.

I visited the store on 7⁄22 to get a unit. Before signing any paperwork I was offered to view the unit by themail manager Hassan. The information was all provided to me up front, I didn’t have to ask any questions. During our paperwork process another employee Chio, was dealing with another customer who was unhappy about trail or storage not being avaiable. The customer said some things that were definitely inappropriate as he walked out of the store. The manager respectfully spoke to that customer, explained why rules are in place. Manager also apologized to myself and his employee for the other customers behavior.
The new management here is doing a great job.
Longer story short, the units are large. They are doing a new paint job right now. The office stays cool, water available and the staff is always approachable.
