Subway

What more can I say, it’s subway. At this location ingredients have always been fresh and the staff are competent and deserve your respect. Local homeless and loiters are always stealing chips and I was told on one occasion their tips! In this neighborhood they do more than just make sandwiches, they’re more like security officers. It’s a tough job.
Back to the sandwich. I have a set expectation of a subway sandwich and its delivered every time. It’s hard to resist an Italian BMT when you’re hungry and too lazy to prepare something at home.

Thank god the management team is amazing! Daniel is the best! I had a horrible experience minutes ago and he and another lady who I will assume is also a manager presented amazing customer service fixing the problem (for me at least) The short Latin girl (no offense) needs to learn that she works in a customer service environment yelling at customers is not ok. She had a horrible attitude and even yelled things from the back when I came back in after leaving. I suggest they work on her customer service skills because they suck! She should take notes from Daniel! 4 stars and not 5 because I’m sure there won’t be any consequence or conversation for her actions (she kept laughing when I retuned in front of her managers) anyway Everyone else is amazing!

In my whole career of going out to eat I’ve never experienced such bad service OMG! I don’t mind if someone messes up my order, but in this case the lady failed at every job function. I just had to make a Unilocal account for this. Service was dumb slow. I ordered 2 flatzzas knowing that it would cost extra; I didn’t mind cuz I’m Rollin in doe. I was gonna put hella toppings on the pizzas but she threw the pizzas right in the oven. She then charged me 3 extra dollars just to have chicken instead of pepperoni. I didn’t complain, I just wanted to get out of there quick. On top of everything she took the pizzas out early and the dough was still moist, just warm dough. In my head I was thinking I must be on that MTV show boiling point, because she was just the worse worker ever… I know that’s mean to say but for her safety she should get another job. A lot of people would not tolerate this kind of service from this particular worker.

Come here all the time and it’s one of the newer… nicer Subways. Make sure to say hi to Daniel! Plus, it’s down the street from me… you can’t beat that! LoL!

nothing to complain about here.
1. the workers are COMPETENT!!! they actually listen to you and don’t always have that «ihatemyjob» face. as far as I can tell, one of the sandwich artists have been there for over a year and a half, which is really impressive for a chain restaurant.
2. the store is clean and the veggies look fresh.
the only complaint I have is that it’s always like an oven in here… the store itself is really small and the glass windows let in a lot of sun. it can heat up pretty quick on a nice day. I wish they would put out fans or get an a/​c system. but other than that, subway continues to drain my wallet in $ 5 increments.

Experience was good; establishment is clean, fresh bread and crisp veggies, staff was sanitary and pretty fast with making the sandwiches, was cool when asked for extra tomatoes and jalapenos and my tip was greatly appreciated. Though there’s a closer Subway to my home, I’ve gone out of the way a few times to come here.

For fast food it was nice and tasty.
Daniel the cute latino was helpful, funny and all around nice. He greeted me upon entering and told me just a second while he washed his hands (he was wiping down the counter).
I order two sandwiches togo and drinks. I wanted bottles and he said they were .50 cents more but I could grab two if I liked.
I will definitely visit this shop again when I get home late and do not want to cook.

I just want to give this place a shout-​out. They’re a tiny restaurant, but every time I’ve gone in here, the staff is friendly and polite. The food looks clean. Sometimes the customers are characters but for the most part it’s a good place. They definitely deserve your business.

I had high hopes for this subway because it is located so close to my house. too bad I was highly disappointed. The service was pretty slow but I cut the employee some slack because it was obvious he was new. I ordered two footlongs and a kids meal. Not only were they the most skimped sandwiches I have ever had, but he over charged me for everything! I would rather go to the one in alameda which is way farther from my home than to come back here. They only got the one star for the wonderfully baked raspberry cheesecake cookies.

I was heading towards Lucky’s to grab a quick bit before class and saw Subway so I pulled over. I’m thinking cool, its going to be quick and cheap. There were two workers and a total of three customers. The two workers was nice but they both helped me. They both asked my order but didn’t start on my order. How come it took me dam near 20 minutes to get out of there. I don’t think I’ve ever waited in Subway for that long. Not cool when you’re messing with my stomach and my time.

It’s nice to see a clean franchise move into the once grubby laundry by Baggy’s.
As far as Subways go, it’s fine by me. The staff are always efficient and nice. They get my order right.
I’ve started a tradition of grabbing kids meals and heading to the zoo.

The customer service at this subway sucks!!! Visited a subway this subway the other day and their sign clearly says «make any sub a salad for 5 bucks» so that’s what i ordered. The manager of the store said that is going to be one pricey salad. Even though the sign said 5 bucks she didn’t give me the 5 dollar damn salad!!! I said never mind ill take the sub she says would you like that toasted we charge 50 cents either way! Whaaaaaat! I really love subway. I hope they aren’t all that way. We walked out!!!
