Ken was so patient and kind as he walked me through some trouble-shooting over the phone, and ultimately had me bring him the machine when he met me at a coffee shop. I will absolutely use his services again!

Ken was extremely helpful to me when I was having network, TV and laptop problems. He is very knowledgeable, generous and a clear communicator. He is able to look at a computer remotely to ascertain what the problem is and come up with a solution. Even though he has a great deal of expertise, he explains things in a way they are easily understood by those of us who do not have that same expertise. I will definitely call Ken again if I have problems, and I highly recommend Syntegratek.

Ken is amazing! Ken has been able to solve technical support issues when others have failed. I’ve been utilizing Syntegratek’s services for about 8 years and he never disappoints. He is not only very technically literate, Ken is able to clearly communicate technical issues in a way I can understand. A true find in this world of engineers who may(or may not) know what they are doing, but can’t get their clients to understand what they did and what needs to be done after they’ve left. If you need an IT guy, look no further.

Ken Maki of Syntegratek is my go-to IT guy, and I HIGHLYRECOMMEND. He has provided services both in my office and remotely, and I am impressed by his responsiveness(crucial when your business relies on a consistent and secure set-up) and his follow-through(the man does not give up until he finds a solution). There are plenty of skilled and experienced tech service providers out there, so I want to add that two things that really set Ken apart are(1) he has the ability and the graciousness to explain things to me in plain English(versus confusing me with tech-talk) and(2) he is trustworthy.

Syntegratek is owned by Ken Maki(formerly of Maki Consulting). He set up our entire computer and network infrastructure. He spent a lot of time with me working out what I needed and what I wanted, ordered a bunch of computers and a server, and installed and secured the whole lot and manages the whole system to this day. 2 weekends ago, there was a massive heatwave that somehow resulted in a power surge that blew a Cisco router in my office which killed both our T-1 internet connection and our phone system(bad, very bad). But, because Ken designed the system to withstand such a powersurge with way more surge protection than was required, the rest of my machines and servers were just fine. He was not the vendor that installed the Cisco Router — otherwise that expense could have been saved as well. I figure the whole system cost me around $ 15,000 to purchase and install and it would have cost me at least that to get new items and re-install everything + I would have had to recover a lot of data from backups. In that one moment, Ken justified every penny I ever spent on his services. Thank you Syntegratek.
