We were looking for an IT Support company local to Oakland or Alameda, and were thrilled to discover Tech Plus! They’re totally responsive, and they handle our server (including backups) and all of our machines – while working within the strained budget of a growing company. Definitely worth a call.

Chris is down the hall from us in our building. We got into conversation (as neighbors often do) that led to him taking a crack at a problem in Sales Force that had been vexing us for years (namely, how to auto-​organize contact record types for export to MailChimp).
Chris was sharp and dogged, and within thirty minutes he had the entire thing fixed! I can say that he’s great at SalesForce and at trouble shooting generally, and he seems to have encyclopedic knowledge of all gadgets, gizmos, and equipment to boot.
Best neighbor I’ve had in a long time.
