The Baby Academy

The Baby Academy isn’t just a preschool, it’s our community. My 4-​year-​old daughter has been attending for nearly a year. In the morning she gets up and is eager to go to school to see her little friends. When she returns home she chatters endlessly about the life cycle of the frog, how flowers grow, and how flashlights work. The Baby Academy offers a unique curriculum that emphasizes science and a reading specialist who comes into work with the children specifically on reading mastery. Breakfast, lunch and healthy snacks are prepared on-​site by the wonderful Ms. Kenyatta. The teachers are warm and silly, yet the program operates with a high degree of structure.
My bottom line? The Little Princess is flourishing at The Baby Academy and she’s learning skills that will take her places. If you’re looking for a structured, inclusive program that will give your child a good foundation for kindergarten, I highly recommend The Baby Academy Infant Care and Preschool.

We are so happy to have found the amazing staff at The Baby Academy. Our daughter has been going here for about 9 or 10 months and is thriving!
She is leaps and bounds above her peers who aren’t attending with her. She loves going to school and gets so much out of the lessons. She especially loves her STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics) lessons. She always comes home with new information to teach us.
The staff is so invested and truly cares about each of the children and their specific needs and desires.
I can’t say enough good things about this school and highly recommend it to all my friends.

These ladies are simply the best. Better than all the rest. Better than ANYONE (yes, I’m singing Tina Turner). We are so grateful to have the Baby Academy taking care of our most precious cargo! Our 20-​month old son has been with them for a little over 9 months now, and his progression with speech and reading has been unbelievable. He’s smarter than all my friends’ babies. While I’d like to say that’s all my good genetics – it’s not. The ladies at the Baby Academy really take the time to teach the children in a playful manner. My son knows his ABCs, all his colors, and can count to 20. Not only do they teach them well, but they also feed them healthfully and deliciously! So deliciously that when I pick my son up early I have a habit of eating his snack and giving him something else (he gets to eat Ms. Kenyatta’s cooking all the time!). They are also willing to share their recipes, which is great because I didn’t know cooking with no sugar could taste so good.
I toured 7 different childcare places prior to finding this one, and found them all to be unacceptable. I was truly afraid to go back to work! Finding the Baby Academy was an absolute blessing. They provide warm, loving, intelligent care in a safe environment, for a reasonable price. I wouldn’t trust my child with anyone else!
