Terrible property management. I have rented from them for over 6 years and they don’t fix things when they should. I usually end up repairing things myself. We have replaced the back door that had holes in it from the previous tenants, we replaced the back fence that was literally falling down with nails hanging out of it (do you think that dangerous for the kids?) I asked them for OVER a year to replace it but they wouldn’t so we did it. Jeez I could go on and on about what I have repaired but I will leave it at that. The only time they came quickly when I called about a repair was when I suspected rodents. I guess they know that if they don’t do anything about that I can stop paying rent.
I have had to have the fridge replaced 3x b/​c every time they replace with a used one. My stove has been replaced 1x already and I have a call in for them to replace this one but they want to try to fix it.
They have moved addresses 2x since I have rented from them and the first time they failed to tell me that they had moved so I kept sending my rent checks to the old address and THEN they had the nerve to charge me late fees for 6 MONTHS! But after I called extremely upset, they removed those charges.
When I moved in, the place was filthy! It took my mother and I a whole day to clean the kitchen and laundry room! Then when we went in the backyard, we realized there was junk everywhere. We had to make a couple of dump runs…
Anyway, I hope they clean up their act b/​c I like my place but I would never rent from them again!
