Come see this woman if your problem isn’t «too complex.» Come see her if you want to be looked at as a drug addict, because she just simply doesn’t prescribe prn anti-​anxiety pills – or, apparently, insulin, which I guess someone may abuse, but I really have no idea how.
Come see her if you want to waste your time and money getting nothing but a referral if you’re having a crisis.
Come see Mr. Grant, her lousy PA, if you want nothing but the minimal treatment provided and want to be forced to get a second opinion. Come see him if you want to be sent home to take Robitussin and come back a week later with pneumonia.
From reception to the physicians themselves, this place is a nightmare. The only bright spot is my own doctor, Dr. Beltran. But after this latest experience, my family is forced to go elsewhere, lest the only good doctor in the practice not be available when treatment – actual treatment – is needed.
