I came here again and order be ready in 15 mins but actually 45 mins worse customer service ever. just terrible.

Please read the other wingstop reviews, they are HILARIOUS. «RIP ma Lil Winglet, peepole be getting murked at da wingstop.» The best thing about those reviews is that they are true! There have shootings in the past, at this Wingstop location, between customers and employees. Take a visit to this location, though, and you’ll see why; Wingstop is probably the only food joint close to all the shitty Lakeshore bars that stays open as late as it does AKA when you’re drunk and shitty but can’t go anywhere else because your pathetic ass got kicked out of The Heart and Dagger go to Wingstop and argue with the illiterate ex cons and high school single moms that run the place because your slightly above average, over priced wings are taking 30 minutes too long, which is not fast enough to feed your drunk, fat face. I want to start my «customer» observation of my visit this wing stop by letting it be known this is not a review of the people, food, or establishment in anyway.
I think the food here is good decent wings, the people I imagine are all decent good people at work.
Now if I may just mention that coming to wing stop I was able to witness a judgement or stereotype that had become so obvious, the white male with me even had to agree.
When you place an order with «wing stop» and I’m not sure why, but they always ask for an «I.D.» With any form of card on the purchase. The man before me (white) placed an order without having to show for an ID. Now she knowingly that we had arrived together, began to take my order next, she took a good look at my card… Moments later had asked «sir, can I please see your ID.» In the way it all went about you could see that because my completion of being a black male, you could see that she took into consideration to take a look at my ID.
Now I have no problem with it all, it was just funny to me the other guy pointed out his white privilege and how he didn’t need to show an ID.
I wouldn’t say this was an act of racism, more so a stereotype. It left us in laughs, but I had to remind him everyday how lucky he is to do the things he does and how different it might be if he were an African American, male or female.
Thank you wing stop for being the example of how white privilege is accepted everyday.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM HERE. I placed an online order from here, and it said it would be ready to be picked up in 20 minutes. I show up in 20 minutes, AND THEY HADN’T EVEN STARTED THE ORDER. This was not a mistake. The store has a policy of not starting a pick up order until the person comes in to pay– in other words, YOU CANT ORDER IN ADVANCE. Unfortunately they do not have the courtesy of letting people know this, they take the order, then let you know when you get there that they haven’t even started the order. It’s obnoxious, and i didn’t have time for it. Thanks for wasting my time!

Ordered online. Came in and waited an additional 45 min for my food. It’s a catastrophe in this place. Where are the managers?! I’d advise you to only come here if you aren’t hungry and have like an hour to kill.

This place is very slow in what they do. But it’s expected. Every wing stop is very slow. Last time I went they didn’t have any water cups so we couldn’t get water even tho we suggested many ways that they could give us water. So we ended up buying the drinks cups. But put water in them anyways. The customer service here is not good at all. Except for one slim African American girl. She gives me great customer service every time and always has a smile on her face every time I go in. But everyone else is so impatient and rude. They also have no trash cans and if u want to use the dirty bathroom then they have to stop what they’re doing and unlock the bathroom door for u. So they also get an attitude about that. This is the only wingstop by my house for miles so I always go here but every time it something new in a bad way.

Charges for ranch because you don’t a combo. I told the cashier I wanted my wings ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ and she said,” but you only got 10 wings.” Customer service here Sucks! Find someplace else to buy your wings even a different Wingstop!!!

Chicken was super on point (slang for perfectly cooked and a well balance of topping/​sauce). I odered the 10 piece garlic parmesan. I waited no longer than 10 minutes for my food which is pretty unheard of at any Wingstop location I’ve been to. An added bonus: i ended up with like 13 pieces of chicken. The costumer service was standard. They greeted me a with a smile and were patient as I asked questions. However I pulled out a 100 dollar bill and the male employee yells out (yes yells out) oh I’m going to telo you now, if you don’t plan on spending at least $ 50 I won’t be able to break that $ 100 bill. Mind you it was a group of men like 8 young males staring at the time. It was Halloween, near lake Merritt. I am not naïve to crime. I’ve witnessed people get robbed over trivial things. I was enraged and gave him the feedback of being mindful of his tone when discussing what’s in my pockets. Soooo annoyed. He however chuckled as if my request was humorous. Either way I will be back to this location. The food was supper good.
Don’t bring large bills folks. Or the entire store will know how much is in your pockets.

I ordered 15 chicken tenders ($ 20ish) online. When I got home from picking up my order I found 15 wings ($ 11ish) which I don’t eat. When I contacted them I was told my only option was to bring them back and they would fix the order. This wasn’t an option for me so i asked if they could credit me. I was told no that’s not an option but they could give me 5 wings ($ 3.66) next time. I told them I don’t eat bone in wings and that doesn’t even equal the price difference, I was told that was the only solution. This location needs to train or hire new employees.

Won’t take my order over the phone. Or over the app. Said I was ordering to many wings. Last time I’ll come to this Wingstop.

My ghoulish side got the better of me and I stopped in for lunch.
While the food was OK, the ghetto ownership stood out.
Bathrooms were locked and needed keys to get in.
No paper towels in the bathroom and no paper towels at the counter.
Wings are messy finger food, so why the fuck are you being stingy with the paper towels?

(Warning!!) This Wingstop is not safe! This place has to go!!! Management never responded back me about their staff making threats to me and my friends and we have attempted to talk to them about these serious matters! We were threatened by the manager Julius!

My policy is to try a place 2 – 3 times before I give up on them unless they make me ill.
I called ahead. I asked how long the wait would be and arrived at the estimated time. They had not started. The food was ok.
I gave them a second chance and the same thing happened,

There are 3 Wingstop locations in the area that we’ve tried and this one is last on our list. It has slightly better customer service but the parking is too much of an inconvenient.
It has the same layout as the other Wingstop locations: counter as soon as you walk in with tables and chairs arranged in an L-​shaped room. Bathrooms at the back. Small, only about 6 tables that seat 4 people each.
No difference in quality of chicken wings!

Incompetent employees with attitude. The service has been shit from the start when wingstop replaced schezuan restaurant. The place is so busy because of it’s location that the owner has never bothered to hire decent employees. The wings are good but not worth the price or hassle.

Im sorry but employees are just dumb. I called and tell can i order like 5 times. Lady on the phone all she was saying was «what what». I had to repeat my cell number also many times. Thats not it, i told my name also 5 or 6 times then i gave up and hang up.

For a chain wing joint, it’s not bad. The wings came out hot and fresh; the service was great– we were able to sample sauces; and the venue was coZy.
Don’t expect luxury. You will not find it. Yet, expect classically good wings that will leave your hands dirty and your stomachs happy.

Wow… first time here since I had to go next door to Lanesplitter to pick up a slice for hubby…
I ordered the 10 piece original style which is basically buffalo wings… got a ranch to go with it…
Came to 9+…well worth it… they were delicious with a nice kick
