I just went to this bk like 5 – 10 mins ago and I asked biddy she sounded white that if I can get 3 orders and she said she aint bouta do that and that she’ll do one cus it’s time consuming but that mf was empty as hell smh-​chris

The food is fine but their customer service needs some SERIOUS work. I come in the mornings from time to time and every single time there is nobody at the counter. Call out and no response. This morning when I arrived there was a man already at the counter who said he had been standing there 5 minutes. When the drive-​thru girl finally comes around there is no «Good morning!» or «Sorry for your wait» just takes the order. It truly seems like every single employee there is totally miserable. When I went up to the counter an unsmiling pregnant woman literally shoved my tray across the counter at me without a word and then walked away. It’s not any better in the afternoon when I have come in. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or what but if their goal is to make their customers feel completely unwelcome then they are totally succeeding.

The staff is usually friendly. My chicken sandwich is always fresh and the strawberry shakes are yummy.

In line. 20 min. Haven’t moved. We’ll see if they actually get the order right this time. It’ll be the first time EVER if they do. My fiancé and daughter wanted this place, so here I am. Waiting. In he drove through. Again. Forever. FML

Just spent 20 mins in the drive through to order a large onion rings and when I payed, the employee was rude, and when I finally looked at my onion rings the container was literally half full! What a freaking rip off and terrible service! Never coming back to this location!

I ordered 20 burgers and 5 fries and asked for dips. Cassie, the manager, screams from the back…“5 fries means only 5 sauces!!!” I asked for more and she continued to argue from the back never showing her face. Super unprofessional!

Slowest Burger King I’ve ever been to. Spent a half hour in the drive through for two meals. They tend to hire high school kids or just uneducated people who’ve failed at life and have no other skills. It’s now clear to me why they make minimum wage.

Its fast food, what more do you want? They aren’t gunna put together your burger or your salad or even your chicken sammy with utmost care… its FAST FOOD!
I usually come here for the kids… and through the drive through. This certain time I parked in decent sized lot and we walked in. Greeted right away and nobody in front of us. Score!
I ordered kids their chicken nugget kids meals, one with whole milk and one with chocolate milk. Both seemed to enjoy the food and got a clean plate sticker for zero food wasted!
I was eying the wraps. Thought I’d give it a whirl and try one. I got the Ranch Wrap. Flour tortilla, shredded lettuce, ranch sauce and 1 breaded crispy chicken strip. Yes I unwrapped it to see exactly what was in the Wrap. After I re-​wrapped it, I ate it! Dipped it into BK’s ranch dip and munched away. I have to say that it impressed me. Yes its small and only $ 1.79 but its worth that small price. They do have larger Wraps to choose from and at larger prices. My Wrap was good, and tasty. Chicken was fresh, not dry and stiff. I would get this Ranch Wrap again, if I so desire to have BK with kiddos.
I have never had any bad experiences as other Unilocalers have mentioned in their reviews. Yes sometimes my food takes a bit longer than I would have liked BUT at least I know it’ll be fresh. The folks I have dealt with have all been pleasant and never ever rude.

This is the worst BK I have ever been to. The food is horrible, fries taste like they have been fried in old oil. And the workers barely speak English and get the orders wrong. I no longer go to this BK, it is the worst of the worst.

Terrible Rude Slow staff. At the drive thru it took the person taking orders 3 times to take my order. She start then leave. Again and Again. Each time I would have to start over AGAIN!!! Then miss terrible customer service had an attitude with me. Ontop of being a totally terrible order taker, treat the customer badly. Wow. I told her not to have an attitude with me and asked to speak to her manager who was right there to tell me not to have an attitude with his staff. Again she left the window 3 TIMES. A huge line out side and RUDE on top of it. Wow. Super. Needless to say I did not pick up my order. So if you have ALLLLLLLLL night to hang out at 2505 N. Main st. in Oakley wating for someone to bother taking your order SEVERAL times and enjoy being treated like a peice of Dirt, Then this is your restaurant. TERRIBLE, RUDE, INCOMPITENT STAFF. Looks like the MANAGER has taught his STAFF well. Wish I could leave NEGATIVE stars.

Most of the time it its fine but every once in. a while they mess up my order. That is so frustrating!

This BK is horrible I came once to order some burgers and they only had enough pattys to make one burger! And also no onion rings! Horrible service! Never coming here again!

I love BK, but not THIS one. This location is about 6 blocks from my house. It’s the closest fast food restaurant to my place, but I refuse to eat anything that taste’s and feel’s like its been sitting on a hot plate for 6 – 8 hrs. Usually everything taste’s fresh at BK. The Oakley location NOT, laziness. I’m thinking they make everything at 10AM so they don’t have to do anything the rest of the day except take customer orders.

Ok. so I used to live in Oakley and would go to this Burger King all the itme. I have never been back since the time that I went about 9:30 and they didn’t have fries. I mean, what fast food restaurant could run out of fries? They said that they were not making anymore because they were closing soon. They close at 10pm, they still had half an hour! I just thought it was terrible customer service. Will not go back here…
