Went with Mikes pepperoni because it was the coupon I didn’t throw out. It was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Sad because they cooked a decent pie last time. There was no Wow factor when opening the box. It was like deflate gate in my own kitchen. The air just went right out of the room. There was almost zero sauce and a slight presence of cheese. It looked like really bad foccacia bread, without the yummy foccacia taste. I would like to think this was the work of a first day employee. 2 stars for the pepperoni itself being what was expected.

First i must say i do enjoy Mount Mikes, even as a higher priced pizza place. My experience this past time i had gone was awful! I had ordered a large pizza, when i went in to pick it up it wasnt correct. I said its fine, may i just get a new one and they gave us the messed up one and a small pizza. I payed for a large! To top it off i didnt receive the first one till the second one was ready which we know takes a bit! So already nervous they might spit in the food i wait patiently waiting 15 minutes later i get my food. Get home so what a surprise theres a hair in my food! Yuck. I must say i am giving them 3 stars because I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that they had a bad day and it was just an accident. But this location definitely needs to change management, highly unacceptable!

This is our GOTO Pizza palace on Oakley. We moved here from San Leandro & miss our old Porky’s Pizza Palace; however, this place has been a consistent & delicious replacement in Oakley. We love their online ordering system, online coupons and fast delivery. They have never given us a wrong or mistaken order and always provide succulent pizzas & delicious buffalo wings. We even started to expand orders to include salads & breads for large family meals. After 8 years, Mountain Mikes has definitely stood behind their promise for consistent quality food.

We just moved to the area and love mountain mikes. Sorry to say we will not be ordering from this mountain mikes. That was decided with in the 1st one minute of trying to order. the manager«Tim» was rude, short with us and totally unprofessional!!! No thank you. We will not be giving this joint our service. There is plenty of competition in this area.

Worst place ever!!! I ordered a mountain half Everest half ham and when I picked it up and got home it had barely any cheese the dough was still undercooked! The Everest half was suppose to be a combination but it had so much olive and mushrooms. It had like 3 slices of pepperoni on half and two peppers. Obviously not a combo so I called to complain and the guy said that’s how we make it and I said it’s awful he stayed quiet and I said well I won’t be ordering from you guys and he says ok. Worst pizza I have ever tasted!

The owner is rude, he has no customer service, and is unhelpful. I do not recommend going here if you want mountain mikes it’s worth it to go to Brentwood!

Ordered online, pizza was good although not what I ordered. I called to let them know it was wrong, gentleman on the phone offered $ 6 off my next order but otherwise did’t care. My bill had been $ 65. I thanked him for his customer service and hung up.

Pizza was terrible, same with customer service. This place seems like it’s run by a bunch of 13 year olds. I won’t patron another mountain mikes again.

We’ve ordered from this restaurant maybe 3 times the past few months, being new to this city and pizza being the easiest thing on busy nights. They always arrive earlier than anticipated, and the pizza is delicious. Compared to the ridiculous prices of Round Table across the street, this place is definitely our pick for your typical pizza place.

This joint is your typical mountain mikes as far as the pizza is concerned. The pepperoni always curls up into little grease bowls. However this one has only two games and one TV making it quieter than most. The bathrooms here are the cleanest I’ve seen anywhere in a while(the mikes on lone tree way, bring a hazmat suit and a gas mask…) If you like Mountain Miles pizza, this is the best one around here in my opinion!

nasty pizza, rude/stingy employee. Ordered a pizza online, called to ask them to bring ranch. He says its 50 cents each so i ask him to bring 2… of course he did not load any with the delivery guy. Delivery guy said im not the only one complaining it happens a lot. Pizza tasted like a microwaved pizza. breadsticks tasted like dried out crust… for the record the brentwood location is five stars and the best pizza/service…this oakley location is horrid

I love pizza and tonight I had a coupon for a buy a specialty pizza and get a large 1 topping pizza free. I love their sauces. They have large areas for seating and very friendly people.

My pizza was pretty good and the worker was nice and accommodating. the only issue i had was that i asked them to call when they got outside instead of ringing the doorbell which they didnt do. that bothered me. but aside from that it was a good experience and id go back.

Half price large pizzas on mondays and tuesdays is an amazing deal! Pitchers of beer are also at a reasonable price. We get pizza here at least twice a month and never disappointed. I would recommend extra sauce because otherwise, a little dry.

Best customer service around and great pizza. Called my normal pizza place to ask for a extra large specialty pizza with a quarter of it cheese and olive, for my little girl, they said they could not do it, it would throw of the inventory count. Called MOUNTAINMIKES and they said,“We don’t normally do that but, sure no problem.” I used to order one to two pizzas a week from Round Table, not any more MOUNTAINMIKES is my pizza place. Customer satisfaction comes first, then quality, and then inventory count.

We ordered pizza from Mountain Mike’s on Friday night, when I was eating the left overs I found a piece of gum in my pizza. Absoutley disgusting! I called to tell them of the incident and they would not apologize and all they would say is that they only handle incidents the same day the pizza was ordered. Who knows what else they do to the pizza’s. My advice do not eat there. We will never be ordering from them again.

I’ve been to the all-u-can-eat lunch buffet here twice, and both times the pizzas were overly cooked and left to get cold. When I asked if the would make something fresh, they wouldn’t until more of the(crappy stuff) was gone. A couple days ago, we got a coupon in the mail for a FREE pizza if we sent them a text message. The response was only«free» — after the purchase of a large Specialty pizza! We still called and tried to reason with them, but they insisted is was not a free pizza. How is that not false advertising?!

Check your mail, grab your coupon, get some good pizza! The Brentwood location is being renovated, so it’s off to Oakley. Yes, went to the next city for this pizza. The Mrs wanted a good veggie pizza, and Mountain Mike’s was the only choice that would satisfy everyone’s taste and my coupon-budget mind. This location is at the end corner of the Raley’s shopping center. Inside were several clean and large wooden tables, salad bar, some arcade games, and friendly people. It seems warm and inviting if you were going to eat there. They had run out of a few draft beers on that Saturday night, so be prepared to be flexible. We took home a large veggie and large cheese on a coupon for about $ 22. Not bad for good pizza. We opted to try the garlic sticks. Those were no good. Talk about blah. Flavor-free should be added to the menu next to these sticks of cardboard. Keep to the pizza kids. Parking is plentiful. Service is friendly here too. Since this chain is all around the East Bay, watch your paper for coupons and visit this location or one near you!
