It’s a 50’s diner, looks like it and the staff is friendly like it. Easily customisable food, «loaded fries» weren’t really loaded at all. Food isn’t so great, but the milkshakes are amazing. Eat somewhere else, grab a milkshake and good atmosphere here.

son loves their grilled cheese he gets chedder and feta on his the burgers are great however the reason for this note I think that their milkshakes are spectacular we get a chocolate and vanilla with oreo it is the best shale I have ever had BTW if you think that a black and white is the same thing as a chocolate and vanilla then you are not a shake fan and too bad stay away

I love coming here. The burgers are delicious, service is always excellent. I’ve also never seen such an extensive list of toppings. The milkshakes are phemomenal, and you can choose from a list of unique sides, including deep fried pickles. I always leave feeling satisfied.

Come here to satisfy a quick craving for a cheeseburger. Go elsewhere to satisfy a craving for a legitimate savory meal. The fries were soggy and the taste of the burger was in comparison to any cheeseburger you would find at a McDonalds or BK. Staff was friendly and courteous. Fellow Indians will understand when I say — If you want a burger that tastes like chee, go to Cheeburger Cheeburger.

We were loyal Cheeburger fans until yesterday when I found a large piece of something in my burger(well, in my mouth but in the burger before that! Roughly the size of a dime with sharp edges.) Still not sure if it was bone or glass but the server was quick to run away with it and drop off the check. I informed both servers I was cut by the object(that no one could identify.) No manager came over, no incident report filed and when I called back to complain I was told that since I didn’t ask for an incident report, and the server remembers our party seeming happy, there was no incident.

Cheeburger Cheeburger… their name says it all. Too lazy to spell«cheeseburger», and too lazy to get to your table. And talk about unattentive service! The servers have a couldn’t-care-less attitude. The burgers are mediocre at best. And don’t even bother with dessert, unless you have an extra 20 minutes to wait for it.

Friday late afternoon… two of us, place is not crowded, only 5 other tables occupied. Cheeseburger… so over cooked(I asked for medium, got it charred well done). Fries were delicious. Service… not so much. It took 20 minutes from the time we ordered dessert to when one of the desserts made an appearance. It wasn’t difficult… a scoop of ice cream on a Belgian waffle. The second dessert, a banana split(where you had to recite every ingredient you wanted in the thing), never showed up. Service was slow and indifferent. The place used to be decent, but after eating here a few times i’ve seen it start to slip into mediocrity. Floors were dirty, with French fries under the tables, and our waitress wasn’t what you’d call«attentive». They took the two ‘S’s out of Cheeburger Cheeburger because they stood for(S)ervice(S)ucked!

Went here today for the first time. This place is now my favorite burger place. Fried pickles are the best we ever had. An endless variety of milkshakes. Fries were good. Very clean and service was excellent. Couldn’t find anyting wrong. Definitely will be back. Go try it!

Meh First time at a Cheeburger. I prefer red robin for a similar price. Nice menus selection, however service was slow, and the place felt grimy. Maybe just this location. Food was okay. Somewhere in between McDonald’s and red robin. Not rushing back

Cheeburger cheeburger is a lot better than I expected! I decided to be lame and get a salad but it was a turkey burger salad! I liked how I can build my own salad and they have PLENTY of options and I can pick any burger on it. So for anyone who’s not trying to break the diet you can still go to cheeburger cheeburger and stay on track! Also, the manager John is awesome he checked on us few times and he was greeting customers in and out of the place, it really shows how much he cares about the business. And finally, our server Jocelyn was really quick and friendly! She knew what she was doing and she definitely made the experience special.

I’m not from this area but was looking somewhere to get a quick bite. I’ve never heard of Cheeburger Cheeburger so I decided to give it a try. Inside it looks like a 1950s diner with Formica and chrome. The restaurant has burgers, salads that you can customize with your choice of multiple toppings. It also has a wide variety of milkshakes and desserts I ordered a salad with chicken and portobello mushrooms with various toppings and despite trying to be good on my diet got a small order of onion rings. My food came out after a short wait. The salad was huge and the small order of onion rings was easily enough for two. In terms of taste the onion rings were perfectly cooked and awesome(I highly recommend them). The chicken and portobellos were flavorful and cooked perfectly. The salad toppings were fresh. It took all of my will power not to order dessert since these looked delicious. During the 45 minutes I was here, the restaurant had a constant stream of folks so despite being at 6pm on a Thursday, it was doing well Good restaurant with food that easily beats fast food options. Although more expensive, it is a better value Owner/manager seems to be a great guy and took time to meet customers. Anna my waitress was terrific and I appreciate her great service

Good burger but crappy fries. Below average food. Wendy’s is better. Overpriced as well. Not recommended but not the worst either.

A good quality burger at a fair price, and a super friendly staff too! I work nearby and I was in the mood for a burger at lunch time, I spotted Cheeburger Cheeburger from the road and decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. The staff was super friendly and very attentive, and my service was very fast. I ordered their smallest burger and onion rings, and received exactly what I asked for(the burgers are highly customizable). The burger was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the roll it was served on. The onion rings came as a HUGE portion and were average. They carry Pepsi products, not Coke(I prefer Coke). I ordered a Pepsi, which tasted a little weak(heavy on the water, light on the syrup). Overall, I would recommend giving it a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Veggie burger, onion rings, fries, and sweet potato fries… Ordered online. Overall bland and mediocre for the price. The Veggie burger patty looked like a hash brown and didn’t taste like much more than a rice and corn hash. The whole burger(bun and toppings) fell apart upon trying to eat it. I think this was due in part to the lettuce being shredded, not leaf. Some of the sweet potato fries were still uncooked and nearly raw inside. They were also bland and unseasoned. Basically just a chopped and fried sweet potato, nothing more. The onion rings were superb. The best onion rings you could ever buy. The classic fries were very well seasoned and well cooked. I think the onion rings saved my order, helped me forget about the raw sweet potatoes and bland burger. This was my first time using the online ordering system. The system works very well, is intuitive enough, and you can spend hours perfecting your order with zero pressure and without feeling as though you’re wasting the waiter’s time. Highly recommend this system for families with young children or those with special needs. I chose the cash option and was in and out of the restaurant in less than 2 minutes upon arrival.(Although, I recommend trying to get there 10 minutes early so that your order is super hot when you head out the door, if you wish.) I’ve previously had a good experience with the Chalfont location and a classic burger with fries and the works. It was the best burger I ever had in my life(at Chalfont). And it looks as though it will be the last good burger in my life. I will only utilize the Oaks location for onion rings, classic fries, and soft drinks for now.

The last time I was at a Cheeburger Cheeburger was in Naples, FL in the 90s. Back then I was in my 20s and thought it was awesome. When I took three of my kids a few months ago to the new one that opened up in Oaks, PA because my sister-in-law and her husband raved about it(especially their shakes where you can have as many toppings as you want!!), I thought I had to have gone to the wrong place. When we walked in one Monday night around 7:30, it was messy. The floor was littered with food, half the tables weren’t cleaned up, and it was run by a bunch of teenagers. I almost walked out, but we were hungry so we stayed. And, since my sister-in-law’s family loved it so much, it had to be good. It took quite a while to get our food(the menu warns you that everything is made to order so please be patient), so I expected our burgers to be worth the wait. They weren’t. The burgers were overcooked and bordering on bad, the fries were ok, and the shakes were average. It was definitely one of the worst burger and fries meals we had had. And we eat a lot of burgers and fries. Two of my boys were actually surprised about bad their burgers were, and they’re not that picky about food. I’m surprised how many people give this place good reviews. Who cares about how many toppings you can get on your burger if the burger itself is bad. Don’t even bother coming here. It’s like another Ruby’s Diner, or Johnny Rocket’s, but dirtier, and worse. Next time I want a burger and fries, I’ll go back to Elevation Burger, Five Guys or HipCity Veg.

Are you picky? Love customizing your food? Well you’re going to LOVE this place! You build your own burger and they have patty sizes from ¼pound to one pound. Then you pick your own bun, cheese, toppings and they have an awesome variety of sauces. The possibilities are endless! I got a bacon burger with Swiss cheese and Worcestershire sauce. It was perfect! Obviously I had to chase it down with some delicious fries. Now if you are indecisive, good luck! I am sure whatever you pick will taste fantastic.

Totally went in here on a reccomendation from a friend, being that I love hamburgers. I was expecting a 5 guys type place, but it was more of a Ruby’s, Nifty Fifties combo. The place has a 50’s theme and I decided to sit at the counter. After the server explained the concept to me I glanced over the menu. I went with a Cherry Vanilla Coke and 1⁄3 lb burger. I couldn’t decide between Onion Rings and fries so I went with the combo platter. The burger was delicious. Out of the Fring combo I enjoyed the fries the best, but it was good to sample both. If I am in the area again and have time for a bite to eat, Cheeburger Cheeburger will be on the radar. It’s in a good location to the movie theatre as well.

Gonna give a quick review while I finish the last bites of my burger. For my first visit I got a «serious» burger with mixed jack cheese, chipotle sauce, LT, sauteed O, and jalapenos. I ordered it medium. I felt it was cooked less than that so I nuked it for a couple secs and it did the trick. Next time, I’ll just go with medium rare(and get a shake, while I’m at it). Burger was tasty. Fries, huge fail here. Got them loaded with chili, bacon, and cheese. Under the toppings I noticed they were overcooked to a dark brown color. It’s good that they have so many topping choices but it’s also potentially a bad thing; I can see it creating a lot of confusion and increasing wait times. They should have a few popular burger selections in their menu to make ordering easier. I was quoted about 10 minutes as a wait time; turned out to be closer to 20. And there was only one table seated at the time.

Solid 4 star review. We were starving and remembered seeing this place. We also had a few coupons for it– easy peasy decision. Their milkshake menu is EXTENSIVE! I stuck to my usual BBQ bacon cheeseburger and was pleased. I couldn’t finish it! It was huge! The kid’s meals come in really cute cars. They are super kid friendly. If I was local, I would return. :)
