Take out, second visit, same order. Tuna tataki [sear’d] appetizer and crab cakes. Just got home with it. The crab cakes were good-very good, same as last time. Tuna was weird — very weird. Not one piece, sear’d and evenly sliced, as it should be, but a collection of three mismatched tuna chunks, one chunk over cooked, thick-sliced with five over seasoned end chunks. It’s properly priced if it’s properly prepared, but this was like someone’s first effort to make this at home, using a Youtube vid as a guide. Not good. Final touch was crunching down on first one, the a few minutes later a second fish scale. Get it together, folks.

Today we actually sat at a table and had a nice time. My husband received two gift cards for Bonefish grill so we had to at least attempt another try. We enjoyed it very much. We had wanted to try the Bang bang shrimp because we had heard so much about it. It was good. It got spicier as we ate it so the lettuce actually helped. I ordered the pecan crusted trout and my husband ordered the pompano Parmesan crusted special. Both dishes were well done. My absolute favorite thing was dessert. Chocolate crème brûlée. Oh my! Deep rich dark chocolate with real whipped cream. Yum!!! We will definitely go back but during the off hours

First time at this Bonefish sat at the bar, because I needed to finish work. Bill was super high, didn’t really look at it. Paid the tab tip well. Next time my fiancé was home(he is military and was home only 3 weeks), took us 1.3 hrs to get served dinner. Didn’t say anything that night as a manager should of come to us. Following night called with disappointment, from first visit we added up my 3 glasses of wine and dinner, and figured out i wad charged for 6 glasses of wine. The night we went to dinner a manager should have at least appologized. Tonight over tipped the bar tender because she rocked it. Food came out rare. I can say as ex Manager with Bonefish we will NOT be back! Just sad.

One of the better Bonefish locations. Staff is always really nice and attentive. I’m not a seafood fan, but I enjoy this place. A lot of fish places cannot do other dishes at all. But the fontina chop is worth a 5 star review on its own. It’s almost too rich, so make sure you’re hungry. They are always super busy, so plan ahead.

No appetizer plates, took 45 minutes to get our entrees, not worth the wait. The Bone Fish has scaled back, not what it use to be. Nothing on my plate seemed to be seasoned, nor those on my husbands plate. Everything was just so-so. No where in this town will I find Sea Bass! Oh well, there is always Harry’s! Hey, to top it off, the waiter gives me the check. Not on my Birthday Dude, the old man is paying!

This restaurant never lets me down. The sea bass is phenomenal and some bang bang shrimp for an appetizer and if you sit at the bad your almost guaranteed not to have your drink watered down.

I had a terrible experience with a good of friends here. The server we had was awful and the mangers could care less. Food was ok but god forbid you ask for a second round of drinks at this place. You would think you were asking for something bad. Last time I’ll be at this location

Every time we come here I am blown away by the amazing tasting food and fast and friendly service. Perfect date night restaurant. Bang bang shrimp is stellar!!!

This is by far the worst Bonefish Grill I have had the pleasure to eat at. Lemonade out of a fountain because the bar tender was to tired to make the fresh squeezed. The food was tasteless, steamed asparagus that had no flavor, crab fried rice that was completely bland. At least the bread was edible. Definitely won’t be dining at Bonefish again. What a shame that one location can screw it up for the rest.

Stopped here on our drive back to Texas! Fantastic meal and wonderful service. Kelly was extremely knowledgeable regarding the menu and made fantastic recommendations. I love a server who knows their menu and gives honest opinions it really makes the experience more enjoyable. We will definitely try again when we get one in Austin, Tx! Thank you!

We are frequent diners as choices are limited in Ocala. Our last 3 visits over the last month have rendered frustration and disappointment .The cooking/preparation of the fish. salmon and steelhead troudt has been very erratic and seems like something has changed in the kitchen. What’s even more problematic is that the expediter is not checking the plates of food that are leaving the kitchen. We have also noticed that it seems like the staff is overwhelmed when it becomes busy. wait times are longer and inconsistent food with improper prep and items being served cold make for unhappy diners. I hope management can right this ship.

Just got done eating the best meal I’ve had in a long time… and I do enjoy gourmet dining! Everything was top notch beginning with cocktails and appetizers and ending with desserts! And our server Amanda was outstanding too! It was our second visit and there will be many more!

Disappointing breakfast! Forgot to bring the Orange juice I ordered. Then jokes about hand squeezing took time. BTW, it came from a can. No jelly for toast served. Had to ask for it. Then they want to know which kind. Why not bring a few without asking for it and have the customer choose. Never again. Waffle House next time. These people are amateurs when it comes to breakfast.

Very courteous staff, the hostess opened the door for me. I like to sit at the bar. Jenn was my waitress \ bartender, very attractive. They have a lobster night on Tuesdays. I had the lobster tail dinner, very reasonable and just a nice experience

Crazy packed as most locations are. We ended up eating the bar area. You can never miss with Bang Bang Shrimp for a start to your meal. I tried the NEW lobster grilled cheese and wasn’t the least bit disappointed. The rest of the tables orders went from surf to turf and not a single complaint was heard.

Visited 8÷4÷14 at approx. 5pm. Had dinner with my family of five. Staff were very nice, our Waitress was excellent. For the most part our food was very good, our one and major issue was that my son got chicken tenders that were raw. The waitress was very apologetic but I would of thought the manager would of showed face regarding the issue or at least comp’ed his dish but nothing. Raw chicken to a child is a major problem.

Corporate chain, Meh, average food, good service, high priced for quality. I liked the Calamari with the Thai style dipping sauce, and the lobster Bisque but it was not the best I have ever had. The other person who said it was a grown up Red Lobster is probably spot on with the association. The special plates(Lobster stuffed shrimp) are a bit too small. Maybe they should advertise them as Small Plate specials.(Just a suggestion) My Dad said he was starving still when we left. I myself had the Lobster Grilled cheese and while it was not bad but it wasn’t very imaginative or anything«Wowzie» or special either.(Chef, John Marchetti you spoil me with your innovative grilled cheese and Mac and Cheese leaving me unable to enjoy them anywhere else-lol). In coastal cities/states when I visit, I want good fish. Since I am not a lover of seafood I can eat it if it is fresh and prepared very well. I am not sure how these types of places stay in business in states like Florida. I am sure they probably do well on their chain name but there are so many Mom And Pop places on the water that serve better seafood and have better deals. In Non Coastal places like where I live in AZ I suppose most folks do not know any better, or can’t find or afford the real good places that have to fly in fresher fish. To be fair, the service was very good though for a table of twenty. I also loved their Pineapple Martini with Coconut Rum. Yummers to that!

A grown-up Red Lobster. Kinda. Stopped by late on a Saturday night to address some hunger prior to an overnight drive to Atlanta. Figured out that as a chain, it was probably a safe bet for unoffensive eats. Execution was interesting. Bang bang shrimp was quite good. For nine bucks, actually got a pretty reasonable serving of lightly battered half-dollar-sized shrimp, all in a compelling creamy sweet/mildly spicy sauce. Au gratin was a reasonable accompaniment, but it was odd that potatoes came cubed, rather than scalloped, as was my expectation. Pre-meal bread plate is terrific. Seriously good with the olive oil-pesto dip. This could only be improved it they got onboard the burgeoning sourdough trend. But what the hell is bang bang? Despite the restaurant’s upscale, proto-Asian fusion décor, the promotions(lobster Tuesday, Bang Wednesday) seem more TGI Fridays than would befit a more upscale place. Also interesting from a New Englander’s standpoint that lobster is proclaimed«cold water.» A bit of research revealed that there’s an inferior warm water substitute that isn’t actually lobster, but another claw-less genus.

The food was still the high quality that I expect at Bonefish Grill. I had the Bang Bang shrimp on the $ 5 Wednesday night special. Service was so-so. Not bad just not very speedy. I was eating at the bar and the service did improve once the heavy boozers left. Lighting was way too dark making the menu almost unreadable.
