I had a lovely iced chai from here. My grandma asked for protein in hers and the barista happily obliged. It was very good! It was attached to another little place in the mall. We were the only two in there though. But that’s probably because of the construction going on in most of the building. But overall it was very good and very cute looking. The barista was very nice as well and even talked to us as we sat there.

Let me start by saying Unilocal is completely wrong on the location of this place. Caffe Café is actually located in the Gold Coast mall. My wife and I happened upon it by accident picking up candy souvenirs next door. We were both very pleased with the coffee drinks. Their Aztec Mocha was very good as was the half caf latte they made for my wife. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

I found this little spot cruising Unilocal for a coffee shop nearby on Sunday morning and I was really happy with my coffee drinks. I got a Azteca Latte which was a take on Mexican hot chocolate and a banana latte of some sort that was also pretty tasty. I was really pleased to find a coffee shop that wasn’t a chain and that had some outside of the box options. I will def hit this spot again when I’m in OC

Threw our drinks in the garbage. That might cover this review but I can continue. They advertise all natural smoothies but after waiting 20 minutes just to order we saw them pull out a big bottle of fruit juice and powder. The all natural was not a smoothie at all. Do not waste your money on their smoothies.

This review is based only on the«natural» smoothies. It was a rainy day in OCMD so a friend and I decided to work out at Gold’s Gym in the mall. We were craving a post-workout smoothie and saw this place as we were about to exit the mall. I saw they advertised all natural smoothies with whey protein shots available so I figured I would try it out. I originally ordered a mango with other fruit smoothie and the worker said they were out of mango. Okay. I can deal with that so I customized my own fruit smoothie based off of the fruit that was available. I paid my $ 6.12 for a small with a protein shot and waited for my smoothie to be made(like waiting for your drink at Starbucks). I watched as the man made my smoothie and he used a peach sugary juice from the refrigerator which resembled a orange/brownish color. I also watched as he cut only 1⁄3 of a fresh banana and 1 strawberry and added it to blender along with ice. I was given my drink and I didn’t want to be rude so I said thank you, took 1 sip and threw it in the trash outside of the mall. In hindsight, I should have just asked for my money back since the signs were deceiving and they barely used fresh fruit but I felt bad since he had already started making the drink. Being a rainy day and in the mall this place was packed and everyone was stopping in for different coffee drinks. Maybe their coffee drinks are made better. If you’re looking for a natural fruit smoothie, check out Kim’s Café(now named the Greenhouse) down on 15th. It’s far away but worth the drive.

Nice change from some of the coffee shop chains we usually frequent. Got a skim cappuccino and really liked the espresso. Good food for dinner too.

Great little coffee bar in Gold Coast Mall. Wouldn’t have gone if it hadn’t been right next to where we stayed, but we were pleasantly surprised! Usual coffee bar fare plus smoothies. Wish they had free wifi though.
