My fiancé and I stopped by this morning for cups of coffee and tea. Excellent drinks and even better service. For dealing with the morning rush they seemed very on top of things. Will absolutely be coming back whenever we are in OC!

What a relief to find good coffee and espresso in OC! Everyone seems nice and there is a drive through.

Came here twice during my vacation. Love a good cup of coffee. Their pastry was delicious and baked fresh. Great place for a quick breakfast and coffee to go.

My boyfriend and I came here Saturday morning. I got an everything bagel with bacon egg and cheese. I also got an iced caramel machiatto. My boyfriend got a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. Along with his croissant he got a french vanilla iced coffee. We felt that it was a little pricy but we still went back Sunday morning. We went through the drive through. My boyfriend got the same breakfast sandwich and a caramel frappé. He did not enjoy the flavor of the frappé, but I thought it was good. I got a french vanilla iced coffee. Once again, good. Overall, good experience both times. This is a cute shop with outdoor and indoor seating. I would prefer this over Starbucks because the breakfast sandwiches are bigger.

Decent Espresso. On the same level as Starbucks, mass produced with semi-quality. Had a Blueberry muffin that was warm and soft. Would come back for the muffin.

Parked up to the drive through, and waited for a few minutes, no one said anything so we decided to park in their parking lot and walk in, which defeats the purpose of trying the drive through. The lights were on and there were people inside, they clearly saw us walking up to the door(mind you, theres TWO to go in). Once inside, two workers yelled«we’re closed!!» As if they couldn’t take two seconds to tell us through the speaker when we were in the drive through much less when we were going through the SECOND door. Waste of time. First impression really makes a difference and I will never go there nor recommend to anyone.

Seriously life changing… I’m back home and refuse to go to Starbucks or DQ… I need real coffee! So need this place around home! I got the white chocolate mocha hot coffee and it was beyond good. I tried to make it back to the room with the coffee but it was gone by the second light. The rice crispy treats are seriously the best ever. What do they put in them to make that good? I have no idea? I think I make good rice crispy treats but for some reason these are so much better. And they are not doctored up or too sweet. They are just simply delicious. Plus they are so big they can last you a few days lol… just wrap it back it and it’s good for later when you need a bite. They are huge! But you must try this place asap!

Been here several times for a cup of joe. Service was always prompt and friendly. They have a variety of treats from beagles, breakfast sandwiches, pastries, muffins and home aid baked oatmeal. In the summer time their gelato is amazing.

The coffee here is excellent, ground from beans just before it’s brewed for you. I had a great decaf and a cinnamon scone, which we enjoyed inside. The service is top notch. We were visiting Ocean City and asked the manager for dinner recommendations. He listed some restaurants and then printed directions to the restaurants. He went above and beyond the normal service, a reflection of the overall quality of this place.

Perfect place to set up and do a(very) little bit of work while on vacation in OCMD. Great strong WIFI signal and attentive staff. Also a variety of seating choice high hat table, couch or standard table. The caramel crunch frap was great!

i love this place! it would be 5 stars if they would be a little more organized on the larger orders of breakfast sandwiches. coffee is great — we ordered a mocha and a white mocha both came with great reviews. they have tea as well! my husband is not much for coffee or tea so he picked up a can of monster. we also ordered their breakfast sandwiches in our 3 trips. bagels were great. only downside was we ordered about 5 at a time and they got confused pretty quick what was going on which bagel(and it was on the receipt). if they figure that out — it goes to 5 stars!

Finally great coffee in OC and no braving the lines at Dunkin’. This coffee is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and they even have a drive thru! We’ve already been twice this week and will definitely be back during future trips to Ocean City.

great coffee shop with everything you’d expect. Prices are decent, the large iced coffee is only one cent more than a Starbucks large iced coffee-which doesn’t seem too bad. The drive thru is very convenient and the staff every time I’ve gone have been nothing but pleasant.

Well, it’s official… we’re yuppies. Eddie and I Unilocal-searched for a coffee shop in OCMD, walked down to what used to be an espresso bar and is now a spice shop(thanks, Unilocal), and ultimately walked into the Holiday Inn to ask if they had any suggestions. «There’s a bagel shop across the street.» «No, there’s not.» «Really? Well there’s a Starbucks in West Ocean City.» «We’re on foot.» «Oh…you could try General’s Kitchen.» LIKEWHATISTHISIGNORANCE. We settled for Dunks that day because we had already walked 20 blocks, but everybody knows that the quality of Dunks severely dips the further you venture from their home-base of New England. Today I decided to walk in the opposite direction and try the Coffee Beanery. Yes, yes, yes. This is what I needed. PROS: — Both flavor-brewed coffee and flavor syrups. — Well-stocked milk & sugar bar w/cinnamon, nutmeg, various sugar options(incl Stevia). — Relatively inexpensive. — Helpful & knowledgeable staff. — Delicious-looking pastries. CONS: — Zero. I needed coffee that didn’t taste like drainwater, and this place did it for me. Any con would be a nitpick.

Walked in the minute the doors opened 7 am on Friday. Received a greeting from the staff(which is one of the most overlooked, yet most crucial parts in starting off a positive experience for the customer) I ordered a coffee, which was incredible. Music was really relaxing and enjoyed the free WiFi while reading the news. Again can’t say how nice and professional the staff is. The owners understand customer service here.

Better than Starbucks! I’m a big fan now! We came across this coffee shop when going out for lunch today and we’re going back again tomorrow and the day after! I got their caramel frappuccino and my husband had the iced coffee and my daughter had the strawberry banana smoothie. Everything we ordered had a great flavor! Tomorrow we’ll try their breakfast sandwiches… And coffee lol

This is a great place for coffee. Every drink I have had is very good. Nice atmosphere inside. Quick service when I’ve been there, but I have not been there any time it was exceptionally busy. They just started serving gelato in May 2015, small selection but it is very good. Try the Affegato!!! Espresso over vanilla gelato is awesome!

Waking up Saturday morning me and my sister needed our coffee fix, and neither of us felt like drinking the complimentary hotel communal brew. Coffee Beanery was a place I’ve heard of before, so we decided to try it over the local Dunkin Donuts, and being a brisk 15 minute walk from the hotel(I needed the exercise) sealed the deal for our caffeine fix. Strange coffee shop as it looks like it was converted from a former bank as the drive through area is a pretty steep ramp. I ordered a hazelnut coffee and accompanied it with a blueberry scone and a cranberry/orange muffin. –Hazelnut coffee tasted a bit odd as the hazelnut flavoring was very sweet which was a bit of a surprise compared to other hazelnut coffees I’ve tasted. Not expecting the hazelnut’s sweetness, by adding my normal amount of sugar, the sweetness factor of the coffee was really off for my tastes. –Blueberry scone was odd as well, as it’s texture was more like a cake/muffin versus the biscuit crumbly texture of a traditional scone. Tasty but like the coffee not what I expected. –Cranberry/Orange muffin was average and tasted like something you could buy from your local supermarket bakery for much less. I didn’t taste the orange and what I tasted in the cranberry was very artificial tasting. In retrospect the local Dunkin Donuts probably would have been a better choice which was confirmed when I had a hazelnut coffee at DD the next day that was much tastier than Coffee Beanery’s. Pretty blah experience overall but maybe I’ve been spoiled living in the NYC/NJ area where quality cafes/coffee houses are very plentiful.
