Comcast Service Center

I am guarded, but I have to say, the caliber of the last two technicians they sent out were better than the past. I am moving and realize that there are wire, splitters, boosters, but especially wires all over the place. After 2 years of complaint, my box has finally stopped rebooting. Great picture now that I am leaving.
3 suggestions for Xfinity Comcast:
1. Bring Customers Service back to the US. Never solved a problem speaking with the Philippines. Nice people but robots.
2. Stop buying junk equipment
3. Train installers and techs to hide or at least organize wires.

This review is for Comcast service not this location.
If I could give 0 stars and review I would! Without a doubt the WORST cable/​internet experience I have ever had.
From day one this has been a complete nightmare dealing with unreasonable, incompetent people. Customer service happens to be among the rock bottom in any industry.
Lack of customer appreciation is huge. From asking for a security deposit to charging a month in advance. Supposedly fast internet speed which was slow and spotty.
When moving house and speaking to customer (lack of service) I was told don’t pay last bill as we owe you $ 35 so just drop off your cable box and remote and expect a check within 3 weeks. I did want they wanted to the last detail as I hear awful things about this dreadful monopoly.
I move and then get a final bill instead of a refund. Final bill is $ 29 which says due March 8^th as I had moved Feb 9^th. I call customer service and they explain that I do owe the money and customer service had made a mistake so I send them a check that night.
Two days later I get a call from a collection agency and I am astounded. I explain to them the whole situation and express my disgust for comcast and their tactics. I am assured that my credit will not be damaged.
With all the negative comments about this horrible company I am surprised the FTC or other government agency has not cracked down on them!
Hands down the worst company I have ever encountered. I would rather have no TV than ever deal with these pirates again.

A quick history: I had the cable in 1989 just before summer time. From push button and switch with 20 button. Over to another push button with a tv and cable box on and off. Arlington cable started with 100 channel. Know there 900 channel. With Comcast phone and internet.
Here my review.
Cable TV show get great to bad. Comcast home service get bad to poor. Phone wait time get longer and longer.
Local phone service gets central. If I had anything with Comcast it wood be the high speed internet. Only have Netflix and hulu plus. And get local TV on the air.
If I want movie. Go to iTunes online. This is my review. I wish to have cable before 2000 back again.
