Sam Grow saved my night at The Party Block before I came to the main room to find Sam Grow performing I would have said this place was all size and no substance. The Party Block is a good name as the place seems to be spaced out about a block, many different rooms with different musical vibes. I started in the dance techno room and I regretted every second of it, the DJ they had there was horrible, apparently he was from LA but originally from MD so he had to keep letting the crowd know it. Anyway after about an hour I was ready to go, I stepped out in the main room while the band was on break because they were playing some hip hop. The band came back on stage and I was about to leave but surprisingly they were great. They kept the crowd involved, played some great cover songs and put on an awesome show. This place is worth it if Sam Grow is playing, if they aren’t I wouldn’t even bother.

When you have places like Seacrets and Fagers I do not know why one would come here, even with the bottle service option. Our server was declared that he should be given at least a 15% tip and wanted the it front and center. To me one should work to earn tips. The band they had was awesome though.

This is a tacky bar with over priced drinks! I paid $ 12 for a vodka and redbull. For that price I would expect nicer vodka than absolute. The foreign half naked female bartenders attract a creepy male crowd. The atmosphere was not what I enjoy in a bar or club as it was fairly well lit with terrible music playing. The only upside is that there are a few different bars including a pool bar, hookah bar, and shot only bar. All in all I would not recommend this bar to anyone. There are way cooler and cheaper bars in Ocean City!

In a town of expensive drinks I think this place was trying to set some new records. A saving grace is the drink specials which bring certain drinks into the realm of reason. On weekdays it seems to attract the eastern european crowd which means a lot of europop music. That isn’t good or bad, just FYI. It is was also sort of dead but livened up later in the night. The bartenders do a very good job at getting the drinks out and they are very personable. So why the one star review? Given what I have said so far I could see 2 or 3 stars. I give 1 star because someone puked all over the bathroom. I discovered this and told the bartender. She said to tell the bouncer. I then told the bouncer. Then nothing happened. Almost two hours later there was still puke all over the bathroom. If you are going to charge more for a drink than anywhere else in town I expect 5 star service. I do not expect to wade through puke on my way through the used beer department.

Came here to celebrate and bring in the New Year this past weekend. Much to my surprise, I actually rather enjoyed it. It was $ 59 for an all-you-can-drink schwasty fest from 9pm-2am. Not a rather bad deal, wouldnt ya say? All you can drink means people double-fisting those vodka mixed drinks, girls wildly dancing on the stage and people stumbling fumbling all over the place. I really couldnt have asked for a better time. The people were calm(for the most part), the DJ was spinning good beats(everything from 80’s, 90’s, to today) and the bar wasn’t overly crowded. The outside patio was also left open for people who needed to make a phone call or smoke, but it also allowed for a place for people to «cool off» when it got a little toasty inside the Party Block. Essentially, good people. good tunes. equals a good time! I will most definitely be back. However, I think next time I’m going to shoot for a time when its warmer outside. Cheers & Happy New Year.

A pretty nice nightclub. They have several bars, and you can order anything from cheap beer to the every so coveted«Miami Vice» frozen beverage. You can get some specials, or you can spend an arm and a leg. It’s all up to you. The place is split into several different bars. The one place is strictly a nightclub, strobe lights, loud music, bumping, AND grinding. The other areas are much more chill. Walk up bar, people sitting around having conversation. Bartenders walking around with special«snooters» that are pretty much shots in a vial for about 3 bucks. This is a place for a younger crowd. 4/5, would go again.

Good place to go if you’re young and looking for cheap drinks and great people watching. The dj sucked something fierce though, played too much europop, nothing to dance to.

Thank you Ralph and crew(Sean, Danny) for hosting us last week. The bikini contest was over the top, the drinks were phenomenal and the VIP treatment was exceptional. Larry Love was awesome for keeping the tempo up too! It wouldn’t be a trip to the beach without dancing thru the party block.

I saw Mr. Greenjeans here on Monday. They are an awesome band as always. The Paddock has good drink prices and is very affordable. However, it has to be one of the dirtiest places in OC. I didn’t even want to use the bathroom. Come on, you have such great entertainment that you need to clean your establishment up! The help was nice and the service was ok once you got past the filth!
