We ordered a dish for our kids to come out first — it didn’t; left one of the ingredients out of my dish(cheese); forgot my wife’s entre plate — came out after we all finished; charged $ 5 for seltzer. Not the greatest food.

Amazing food. Friendly staff. The crab fries were something very unique. The pasta was perfectly cooked. Highly recommended.

Would have loved to have had a great experience here but that was not the case… Understanding it was a holiday weekend early in the season but service was painfully slow(blamed on a printer malfunction in the kitchen)… I still can’t understand what type of bread they were offering as it resembled a thinly sliced roll from Wawa… And the entrees which took close to a hour to receive were remarkably bland and tasteless… No one bothered to finish their meals(and turned down taking home the leftovers) and while we were kindly offered a dessert we chose to simply cut our losses… Won;t be going back

We waited 15 minutes before someone acknowledged us. Even though we had a reservation the hostess just disappeared and didn’t seem to be getting a table ready for us. While we were still waiting we overheard a waiter say they ran out of bread. Then another customer was complaining about her incorrect order and yet another waitress was apologizing to a third table. We say the cook come out and look very frustrated and run back inside. There were empty tables that hadn’t been cleaned. We cut our losses and left. The place looked extremely disorganized.

My first review back when they first opened was amazing. However I feel there is no way I can stand by the review anymore. This place place has unfortunately gone way downhill in the short time it has been here. My my recent visit(3 weeks ago) was one of the worst. I unfortunately found a hair in my pasta. It was pretty empty I think there was one other table maybe 2 at most so there really was no excuse for it. And the owner or owners wife(a women) is one of the rudest people I’ve ever had the experience of speaking to. Lucky for her her staff is very nice but it seems like they go through them pretty quickly not surprised if they are working underneath her, very rude. Please take your business to many of the more deserving restaurants in Ocean City.

Food’s awful. Service sucks. Save your money and go to McDonald’s for a better ‘Italian’ experience. The owner keeps moving locations and changing the name, no wonder why…

Really nice Italian food on the island, family business, and it shows! Servers were very friendly, accommodating, and concerned for our care. All the pasta is fresh-made, the portions are HUGE, and the atmosphere inviting and warm. Only glitch was the crab soup, which tasted too much of thickener, or was perhaps not fresh made. nevertheless, we will definitely be back.

Wonderful restaurant. Enjoyed all three courses. Linguini clams were some of the best I’ve had. Vittorio wants to make sure everyone is happy! Excellent service, nice quiet atmosphere. Recommend!

We had a really amazing meal last night. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I have a number of allergies but their chef worked with me, no problem. My hubs had a sea bass arribbiatta over pasta and I had a chicken dish with crab and asparagus. Everything was perfect and the portions were generous. Super satisfied!!!

Great food and great service. Generous portions of authentic Italian food from a friendly, knowledgable staff. Well done! I had the braised pork shank and it was spectacular!

WARNING: CASHONLY! Food was just OK. Would have given them 3 stars, but the bizarre cash only policy downgrades the place. Made a reservation, sat down, ordered, and no mention of «cash only». Wouldn’t go back.

Went here for a romantic dinner with my husband last night. It’s over rated. Our server referred to us as ‘you guys’. Okay for a pizzeria but not fine dining. My husband had the veal parm which was so average that when the check came and it said chicken parm we weren’t sure whether it had actually been chicken or veal. I had the linguini scampi. The linguini was good and fresh but the shrimp and sauce were so bland I actually added salt! We wouldn’t go back.

We came here when another local restaurant was closed on Tuesday when on Unilocal they said they were open. But the food here did not disappoint. It’s a little pricey. But the food is good. Our server was very prompt and courteous. What really grabbed me was how they made up a glass of water for my three year old son. They took a soup cup with a lot and punched two holes in it. One for the straw the other as air hole. Call me crazy but this was freaking amazing!

Relocated from Atlantic City, this is the perfect for a real Italian meal. The menu is rich with lunch and dinner items, including pasta, fish and veal selections. Specials include appetizers and seafood. The prosciutto appetizer was stuffed with ricotta and arugula and a great lead in to the sea bass dinner that is served with shrimp and mussels in a garlic sauce served with a side of spaghetti.

I was driving around looking for a place to eat when this restaurant caught my eye. Glad we stopped as everything was perfect from beginning to end. For appetizers had the crab fries and fried mozzarella, dinner we had penne vodka, fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and the sea bass with shrimp, mussels and pasta. We topped that off with chocolate mousse cake and lemon sorbet for dessert. All of it was delicious. Service was top notch, friendly and made you feel so welcome. We will definitely stop back next time we are in the area.

I knew this meal was doomed from the start. Reservation made for 7pm, Vittorios called back and asked if we could come at 6:30pm. Sure, no problem. My family arrives(party of 7) and they tell us our reservation isnt until 7pm. We explain that someone called back and changed it to 6:30. Staff begins to scramble throwing tables together. The seat us quickly but sure enough, not enough room. We were tucked in the back of the restaurant where the servers were in and out running food. We were all shoulder to shoulder with not an inch to spare. Every time food was run out of the kitchen they would hit my Aunt or Uncle. Bread arrives. Which was good but got a used butter packet with the bread. Sloppy. Our meals arrive and they look good, all except for my wife’s and my Aunt’s. Both orders were 100% wrong and it was something that they didnt want to eat. So they ran to the back to place the correct order. After 20 mins, which is crazy, the correct food was brought to the table. Now everyone is done with their food except for the two people that Vittorios messed up the order. Like the title says, the food was decent(nothing wow’d me) but the service was just plain sloppy, and really ruined the meal for us all. Nothing was comped, nothing was taken off the bill, and when management asked how everything was and we started to say something they said«oh thats great, have a nice night.» That is why I write this review, to hopefully show the poorly managed staff how they can easily ruin a night out. Hopefully Management reads this.

Had a nice meal here on a Thursday evening in June. We took advantage of the perfect weather and chose to sit outdoors. The host, waitstaff and owner were all extremely friendly and eager to please. The food was good. Not the best Italian I’ve ever had, but it was decidedly solid. I ordered the tortellini nicola which had a light cream sauce with peas and prosciutto. The pasta itself was rather dense but the sauce was delicious. My guest had the veal tuscano which she described as «pretty good.» At one point all entrees came with a side salad but it was crossed out on the menu. Instead we ordered the house salad as an appetizer and decided to split it, thankfully, since it ended up being a sizeable amount. It was nice and light and the house vinaigrette dressing was tasty. In the evening Asbury Ave. is dead which makes for a nice, quiet meal outdoors away from the bustle of the boardwalk. Overall I wasn’t particularly wowed by Vittorio’s but I wouldn’t mind coming back here the next time I develop a craving for Italian food down the shore.

My friend and I came for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Mixed berry Arugula with added shrimp was my order. It was supposed to have goat cheese but they ran out and used blue cheese instead. The salad was supposed to also have berries, toasted almonds over arugula with a raspberry vinaigrette. I thought the shrimp was really good but my salad was missing the extras. I was a little disappointed that there weren’t many berries or cheese but plenty of arugula. For a place that advertises as farm to table I suppose I expected a little more. My friend really liked her sandwich so I kept the rating at a solid 3. The outdoor seating and the service were great. I’d give them a return visit since the menu for dinner looks tasty.

Was off to our standard Ocean City coffee shop lunch when we did a double take at this new little trattoria. Glad we took a shot. I’ll just the broccoli rabe with capellini beans was so crunchy and vibrant and garlicky(with such a fruity olive oil) that it’s all I’ll ever wanna order here. Real friendly, really concerned that you enjoy. Only wish it was BYOB. But the fundamentalists in OC will never crack. Makes it tough for a dinner joint to make it. Hope this fine new restaurant effort can survive the odds.
