Great customer service. If you call ahead and book over the phone they run specials. Parking is limited but there is some off street parking. Staff holds your keys while you are out in the water. You are given a quick run down of the rules and how to operate the waverunner. You are certainly restricted in terms of how far out you can go however there is enough room where you do not feel restricted or like you are too close to others. The staff are not stingy with the time. 1 hour rental is more than enough and actually recommend renting for 30 minutes your first go around. I look forward to adding this to our anniversary tradition.

You’re definitely Limited in how far you can take the ski’s out and the Price seems too high IMO. 85 $ for an hour with a passenger… on the plus side I went well passed the marked buoy’s and the«guides» didn’t break my stones about it. The ski I had seen better days, broken mph gauge faded and banged up but I guess that Can be expected. Overall I really enjoyed the experience and will try this place again.

Amazing amazing amazing a must go Matt the waverunner teacher is so kind and took his time to teach me everything and to get over my fear of going into deep water. A must go experience. .I will definitely go back anytime I’m in ocean city. Love this place

I went here for the first time last weekend to rent a jet ski, which I’ve never done before. The wait time was short and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgable. I highly recommend this place for anyone just wanting to try a jet ski out for a spin or first timers… as there are guides out with you if there are any problems. As for the other posts about being in a ‘confined’ area, Yes you are, however those wanting to try it out are better off being close to the staff who are experienced. Considering all the boaters in OC that don’t follow the laws of the sea, yeah, I was happy being in an area with spotters. All in all, I’m pissed summer is over and didn’t do this sooner so I could continue to go!

So, if you like going around in a square about 200 yards on a side for an hour, this is the place for you. If you wanted to do anything else… then not. No, you can’t get in the middle of the«box» and do your own thing. You can’t leave the«track» on the outside of the box and do your own thing. Did you want to go putt through the marshes and explore? Nope. Not here. Take a look at other parts of the bay? Not here. Don’t forget the rule that each jet ski has to stay 50 feet from all of the others — so you’re free to pass or be passed, as long as there aren’t two others next to each other which makes it impossible in practicality. This rule is absolute, even when stopped — which also means that if you’ve rented two or more jet skis and want to switch passengers(say, the kids want to switch between mom and dad) they’ll have to swim 50 feet or more, with beach shoes and a life preserver on, out in the middle of the bay. Oh, the fun they’ll have! Finally, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the rude employees. Both jet ski drivers in our group were given contradictory instructions while attempting to come in, and finally told in an exasperated tone to kill the motor… leading to one of us drifting into and banging against a police boat for a time. Nice. But they were pretty insistent that we follow the directions — and then when we did the employees insisted it was our fault for going the wrong way. We are not new to boats or jet skis, either. It might be fun for a teenager who wants a 45 minute speed run — but that’s about it.
