World Gym Ocean City is NOT CLOSED … they are open for business and are updating equipment … lots of group fitness classes as well!

Place not what it used to be. Dirty, broken equipment always. As much as it upsets me to say it, this place is no longer maintained. The owners have other gyms they work from while ignoring their OC location. Conditions have really deteriorated and is actually become pretty gross.

Only come when visiting my parents but 3 years ago I got ringworm from sitting in shorts on the mats and then today I witnessed this (check attached pics) You did well with new machines World Gym but you could do better to protect your customers– bare feet and tanning oil on the machines and mats! :(7/​25/​15

This is a simple and very functional gym. Plenty of free weights and cable machines. Decent selection of cardio. Everything was tightly packed into a small space, but I’d rather this be the case than have less equipment. Ten dollars a day for a guest pass. Very reasonable. I’ll be back.

The gym is decently sized for the vacationer on the go. Granted it isn’t as big or glamorous as people think gyms should be or up to par to what they’re used to but this gym DOES have everything you need. They have rates for one day $ 10 three 20 and a week but I missed how much the week one was sorry. In all great experience if I’m back in ocean city I will be back. Thanks guys!

Gotta look good for the beach… nice staff, but seems like they fit way too many machines in a small area… be careful! But the hours are good and standard-​easy to remember (same everyday). When thru don’t have classes in session you can use the extra room for more space. They also have a good selection of world gym apparel if that matters loll.
