Love the dog friendly outdoor patio! Jack Johnson, jimmy Buffet, REM… Super good music mix to match. 45 beers on tap, full bar and nice menu. The staff are all really friendly.

I’ve had three meals at Mosaic Tapas and the meals NEVER disappoint. I had a Mahi Mahi dinner that was second to none. If you visit Ocean Springs, have lunch or dinner here. Arturo, the owner, obviously takes pride in the meals that are served here. Five stars always!!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I told the server I was very hungry, and finally decided on the gyro salad since they always come with a big helping of meat. When she brought me my plate it was a bed of lettuce and 4 small, thin strips of meat. Why wouldn’t she warn me it was hardly enough food for even a rabbit? I didn’t want to send it back because I was trying to be nice, so I took a bite which was literally one bite of meat and some lettuce. It was disgusting. I sent it back and asked nicely for it to be taken off our bill. She rudely explained that the $ 13 paid for the lettuce. $ 13 for a plate of lettuce? Then she said that they can’t take anything off a bill once it’s been eaten. I took one bite. So I just paid $ 13 plus tax for one bite of lettuce and meat. We ended up paying $ 40 for the plate of lettuce, hummus dip, one beer and one Coke. I couldn’t believe it… Worst place ever and we will never be back. Avoid this place at all costs. I wish I had read the reviews before coming in here, I would’ve saved myself time, money, and horrible experience that left a bitter taste in my mouth(quite literally). The BBQ joint down the road is great and will give you a ton of delicious food for much less money.

My boyfriend and I were visiting Ocean Springs for 2 nights and ended up having dinner at Mosaic both nights and we loved the food. The first night we went was Latin night and they had a really good band playing. My boyfriend had the cheeseburger and said it was the best burger he had eaten in a long time. The sweet potato fries that it came with were so tasty too. I had the steak quesadilla and it was great. We found ourselves back the next night for dinner because everything else in town was closed and we knew we could get a good meal at Mosaic. We split the chips and guacamole and the fish tacos. The guacamole was so fresh and flavorful and the tacos were amazing, probably my favorite thing I had there. They came with a pineapple salsa that was just perfect. And the staff both nights was super friendly and helpful.

Came here for a late lunch recently. The outdoor seating area is nice, although if a band was playing I think it would’ve been deafening for a lunch crowd bc of the way the patio is laid out. We’ve been here at night when it’s mostly just a bar and it’s a good time. We sat at our table with menus for a bit before a guy brought us waters. We then asked what was on tap. The guy stood there and stared at us for a minute before repeating back ‘tap?’. We clarified ‘draft beer’. He responded with a feeble ‘I dunno, you can walk in and see what we have’. My dining partner asked if he had a list, as we’d just been seated. The guy responds ‘no we don’t print them, it changes all the time’. Either know a few of the popular ones to recite and then direct the customer to the taps for specific inquiries or have a list. Plenty of places tell you to check out a list on the wall of their daily selections, but can answer questions about the basics with no problem. Don’t send people in from their lunch to analyze a wall of tap handles that are frequently hard to read without actually sitting at the bar. The guy(I can’t call him a server bc he seemed either very untrained or high beyond belief), just stared at us, which made us uncomfortable and after a quick glance at the surprisingly small and boring menu, we politely excused ourselves to go enjoy lunch somewhere else. We naively came here to celebrate an important occasion with a relaxing late lunch, boy did we learn our lesson.

Awesome lunch! I had the steak & chorizo tray with salad, and it was the best meal I had on this 6-day vacation — and that included three days in New Orleans. I’m not kidding!

Came to Ocean Springs on a day trip from New Orleans. I really liked the atmosphere a lot. Service wAs not so great. Once we finally ordered, the food did come out quickly. We ordered four tapas — humus, beef enchilada, lompia’s and roasted peppers on a crostini. Three of the four were great the roasted peppers however were terrible. The mojito was just so so. The worst part of our experience was having the children of the owner running around and wreaking havoc. We even mentioned that we would have preferred the non children section but that did not seem to help. At one point the sassy girl smeared at us «my daddy is the owner and I can do whatever I want». If I were at chuck e cheese it would be one thing but when I am spending $ 60 on lunch I would like to not have children behaving badly while I eat.

Service is always great here – that’s the 4 stars. The cocktails aren’t impressive, and their snacks/tapas are decent. I liked the band playing last night, it brought around more customers.

This place is pretty rad. Drinks are cheap, the beer selection is plentiful, the bartenders were cool, and the music(Mike Halat) was awesome. Our party of eight had a great time. This is definitely the place to be in downtown Ocean Springs.

We had the most delicious fish tacos and craft cocktails. The mahi-mahi in the tacos was perfectly done, and the sauces and fresh vegetables brought it to the next level. We had fresh fruit mojitos. And before you roll your eyes and envision a high fructose umbrella drink, let me disabuse you of that notion! This was a traditional Hemmingway mojito with your choice of fresh raw fruit muddled with the mint. Mine was raspberry, and it brought the perfect amount of sour into that Key West cocktail.

Wasn’t quite sure what to make of my experience at this ‘tapas’ spot. While I was definitely pleased with the vast beer selection, the menu items I selected left something to the imagination. The falafels were definitely subpar, reminiscent of an out of the box variety. The samosas and tuna my counterpart order were on the tastier side. Some floor boards are coming apart and the presence of hookah use in the eating area was strange to me. May consider giving it a second try once I’ve run out of restaurant options for the area.

This place is WEIRD. HOT and weird. Physically HOT. I was sweating. I met some friends here while I was back home for drinks. I waited at our table for a while and finally a friend and I got up and just walked to the beer house and tried to see what they had. Not living in the area, I couldn’t make out the tap markers. Also, the bar was packed and couldn’t really get the bartenders attention. We go back to the table. The waitress comes by. I asked if they had a beer list, no. She asked what I liked. I said I’d like a pilsner. She offered me Bud Light. I laughed. I asked her if she knew the beers they had, she told me I could walk to the bar and look. I’m fully aware of my walking capabilities but you should probably know what you’re serving. Just throwing that out there. Finally, we walk to the bar and after much trial and tribulation, I got a beer my friends make. I didn’t really want it though because it’s a heavy beer and did I mention It was hot? Our table of probably 8 – 10 people had been hanging out for quite some time and a bartender came out of the kitchen and nearly hit the dude at the end of the table. After being there HOURS she finds it time to tell him/us that we need to move ‘out of the way’. He was all«I’m fine» and she was adamant about us moving. To the point of seeming livid. One of my friends never got her food. We had to ask about it about 30 – 45 minutes after everyone else got theirs. Needless to say, these folks seem to have no inkling of an idea of what they’re doing. Unless giving terrible customer service is their motto.

Nice place. The patio is nice outside for lunch and some drinks. The staff was nice and the food was good. I recommend the humus and the Argentinian empanadas.

Service was good but the hookah was terrible! They use an unknown brand that is cheap and charge a lot for it. If they used better quality sheesha then it would be worth it. I worked at a hookah bar before so I would consider myself a «hookah snob» and I guarantee I will never go back there. The seating was nice and comfortable. The music in there was great! It played some oldies, up beat music.

The owners are the nicest people you’ll ever meet! The first Friday of every month is Latin Night, and you can always see the owners dancing on the floor(they’re really good at dancing) The food is good, ASK if the Hummus is maid by Gabe. He’s the best. I also like all their burgers, juicy and delicious(large enough to share) Blueberry lemondrop martini and the mango&strawberry mojito are SUPURB!

The drinks are pretty good here! Get the blueberry martini. It’s delicious. The service was pretty good too. We sat at the bar two days in a row, and the bartenders were super awesome. Probably helped that we spent a lot of money on drinks both days. We also came around 6pm when it wasn’t that busy at all. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars but the food wasn’t all that good. There isn’t much filipino food in the gulf coast so I give them kudos for actually having lumpia on the menu. The lumpia needed to be fried a little longer, it kinda looked raw still. I’ll stick to making my own lumpia at home, and just come to mosaics for martinis.

I like the atmosphere, the drinks are good. However, be careful about the foods you order. I ordered lumpia. I thought it tasted odd so I looked at the other half of it in my hand and it was raw inside. The meat was raw!!! I showed my server. She said she will check with the manager. She came back and apologized. But they cant do anything because they only cook them food here. They dont make them. !!! The only thing you do is to fry them and you cant even do it right! I had to pay for the raw lumpia too. :(
