PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! They do not stand behind their work! Nathan did come out the first time, seemed like a nice guy but when it came time to fix the fridge he really had no idea what he was doing. Nathan misdiagnosed the problem, charged us $ 99.00 dollars, said he would be back. We set up another appointment a week later and after waiting half the day he did not show, no calls and no callback on my calls. Finally I got ahold of his partner who said that Nathan forgot and so we set up another appointment for a few days later and again A BIG NO SHOW! Had to hire another outfit to fix it right at a cost of $ 120.00. ALL AROUND APPLIANCE wasted our time and money!

I contacted Nathan in the late morning — not only was he able to schedule for same day — HE CAME TO MY HOME EARLY! Problem fixed, super courteous, very reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Wow — businesses like these deserve to thrive.
