Anna’s Linens

Would go lower for customer service if I could. Went in to purchase some material had a worker show me to the area for what I needed. Picked out the material took a number and waited 15 minutes to get waited on. Material was cut and priced and it did not include the sale price, when I showed them the sale price on the shelf and that a worker showed me the material I was told there was nothing they could do. I refused the material and asked to speak to a manger and was told I would have to wait until she had time. She also said she was the only manager in the store, but I found another at the check out counter. She also said she was too busy as well to discuss a problem at that time.
Gave up, left the store and won’t be back.
Rude staff and don’t care about customer service.

It’s kind of sad to see Anna go and I understand a lot of people loved Anna’s so I’m surprised to see them go. They have a lot of somewhat decent quality items for a pretty good price. Some of the employees are so so because sometimes they say hello and sometimes they don’t. It seemed like they are always having some type of sale but this will probably be their last sale. I will definitely miss Anna’s but I know there are other places with better quality for a great price as well.

What’s not to like? Great customer service and great prices. If you are a member you get alerts to flash sales and coupons. It’s the Kohl’s of housewares (that are better priced) and they had specialty items for my daughter’s bedroom that is «Frozen» themed. $ 20 for nice curtain panels that are $ 30 or more elsewhere. I found cute curtain pullbacks I’ve not seen anywhere else. It reminds me of Tuesday Morning, but well organized and coupons are a bonus!

Honestly? I’ve never been into an Anna’s Linens before, and I wasn’t even sure what to expect. In fact, it’s probably what I should have expected from the title. They have all kinds of home wares (similar to a Home Goods or Tuesday Morning).
They have sheet sets, comforters, shower curtains and bathroom sets, pillows, and the like. The place is pretty well organized, and the staff was ridiculously solicitous as to my well being, although I was one of two customers in there, so I’m not sure how much else there was to do.
My biggest problem was that I couldn’t find a sheet set that I wanted. Being from the midwest, I have a proper size king bed, and not a cal king, but the only nice sheet sets they have (read more than 300 thread count) were for Cal Kings. Boo…
I’ll be getting a new place to live soon, so I’ll be happy to stop by again, and maybe amend my 3 stars if they have what I’m looking for, but for right now, they’re a-​ok!
