We got married October 10^th at my childhood home in Escondido, and Shannon just absolutely killed it. She was amazing to work with beforehand, checking in on us and offering all kinds of help and advice, doing a walkthrough a few months beforehand, offering to pick up our BevMo order and store it so that the beer would show up cold, and she and Jose were an absolute delight at the party. Everyone had a good time, and it seemed like the two of them were everywhere while still covering the bar perfectly. By the time my husband and I made it back to the house the next day, I already had an email letting me know where the extra booze was, and a very thoughtful gift (which was delicious, fyi).
Of all of our vendors, BarFly was by far the most responsive and easiest to work with, and I am SO glad we found Shannon. We planned our wedding from NYC, and having a vendor who had our back was such a huge relief in this madness we call cross-​country wedding planning. Honestly, we’d get married again if it meant having her there!

My wedding was Sept. 12^th and Shannon was by far our favorite vendor!
Leading up to the wedding, Shannon was very responsive and was the only vendor to set up a walk through with us. She was even kind enough the night before to make signage for all the beverages we would be serving.
During the wedding, Shannon and her assistant knocked it out of the park! They were funny and friendly, and truly made our wedding better. Shannon always made sure I had a fresh drink in my hand which I was very thankful for as it was so hot on our wedding day. At the end of the night my husband and I made a point to say farewell to Shannon because of how grateful we were to her that day!
Then, the following day when we were opening gifts we were surprised and taken to find a special something from BarFly which was just the cherry on top on superb service provided.
While I am not planning on throwing another big bash anytime soon, when I do I will definitely be turning to BarFly for my beverage needs!

Wow! My husband and I had Shannon as our bartender in Oceanside. From the very beginning she was very polite and professional. She would respond to emails right away. She helped us create two signature drinks that stayed within out budget. At the wedding she was an amazing bartender. I am was very impressed by her and would recommend her to everyone.

Shannon and the Barfly Beverage Solutions service did a Great job at our Oceanside Chamber of Commerce event last week. Great turn out at the event and very busy bar as people were thirsty! Shannon did a great job at showing up on time, handling the service with a smile, creating new relationships, chatting and especially making everyone smile, then doing a great job in cleaning up in the end.
I was pleased because of the many events I have attended with okay to decent service from other caterers and saw her Great service come through and was very pleased!
Also learned that Barfly Beverage Solutions covers all of San Diego County and more with main emphasis on North County area where our event was held, so I will be following up them very soon since Barfly Beverage Solutions has a great array of drinks, along with being very hospitable and in the end, I highly recommend Shannon and her team for any type of catering events for business to personal parties, or catering events, lunches, dinners and more!

Shannon and her team were our bartenders at our wedding and I can’t say enough nice things about these guys. My husband and I met Shannon at our venue a few times and she was incredibly helpful every time. Leo Carrillo Ranch (in Carlsbad) was the location we got married at and it’s not a normal wedding venue, it just happens to be a place you can get married at after it closes to the public. So we had to determine where we wanted the second bar set up on our own and Shannon helped us figure out the best area to do that so it would be convenient for our guests and how much alcohol we should have for two bars with the amount of guests we had.
Shannon was awesome to work with, all we had to do was have Bevmo deliver the booze and she took care of the rest (cups, ice, mixers, etc) and she didn’t break our budget like the other bartending companies we contacted for quotes. Shannon was professional, friendly and all around truly amazing to work with. I highly recommend Bar Fly Beverage Solutions!

Shannon and her staff were amazing. They were hired to bartend my wedding in 2013 but after meeting with her a couple times and interacting with her she became more of a friend to us that we wanted at the wedding. She was lively and interactive with all our guests everyone loved her and had only great things to say. I have
recommend her a few times since to other friends who have been getting married and are looking for a bartending staff. Shannon could not have been any better and truly was professional and the best choice for bartending services.
