I bought a vape there today, come home, put it together, doesn’t work. Immediately I take it back. The guy working calls the manager. Won’t refund nor exchange it. I just spent almost $ 100 in that place and can’t do anything but tell me to try returning it through the manufacturer. Screw this place! If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Isnt there a law about telling customer ahead of time about fees BEFOREHAND so they can decide if the extra buck is really worth it ?
He stole my dollar Which means i didnt get a discount at all FML

Came here for a scale and lighters,
Guy was unwelcoming and immediately asked for my idea (no worries there) then proceeded to show me the two most expensive scales of the available five or six (quite a selection) I found one at a good price range /​assumed quality, I asked him if he would celebrate it, he said he couldn’t, just but an appropriate weight somewhere else, he didn’t have any, I actually wasn’t concerned about this at first I thought I had the right weight amount at gone, turns out this new scale is different weight to calibrate, so to date still useless,
I also wanted a couple lighters, I got couple bics, and somehow the added 15 bucks to my tab, I didn’t catch this until later as I was trying to chat with the guy, and told him I didn’t need a receipt. Didn’t realize what a mistake that was. Will literally never come back here again.

I love cigars! Decent sized walk-​in humidor with a good variety. The best part is the price! You’ll find the good stuff here for the lower end of market value.
