Let me start by saying we love the quality and taste of Pizza Hut considering it’s not the a gourmet spot. But my issue is with this location in particular and the manager. I placed the exact same order multiple times and the last 2 times the order was wrong. People make mistakes and I’m pretty forgiving, but the way the manager handled it when I spoke to him was beyond me. I explained the situation and he tells me they need the wrong pizza back«fully intact». Seriously!!! I waited 30 minutes to have it delivered wrong, then he expects my family to wait another 30 minutes… while staring at a «fully intact» pizza. Any idea how excited a chubby Italian 2 year old gets when the doorbell rings, just to tell him«It’s time to learn a little patience». If you’re feeding the homeless with this wrong order, great… awesome. Don’t think that’s the case though. Probably going in the trash or to feed the employees. Who knows. Needless to say, I don’t have any faith that this location or manager can handle issues that come up. Well to my surprise a driver showed up with the correct order… after getting off the phone with the manager. To be honest I wasn’t expecting anything and they did the right thing by me. Thanks guys. Have not had Pizza Hut since last summer. Was going to Little Caesar’s but they were closed. $ 30 down the drain. Uncooked Alfredo Pizza, wrong Crust on the other pizza, hard over cooked bread sticks. Not a good night for me considering it is my birthday.

What a horrible excuse for the pizza we ordered a large pizza cheese pepperoni and half sausage. When we received out pizza we got half fresh pizza and the other half with pepperoni tastes old and cold and soggy like that pizza had been sitting there for a long time ew how gross I use to like Pizza Hut!!! Don’t order from them dominos is way better!!! Whoever made this pizza needs to be fired!!!

Every time I go here to pick up they are so friendly. They always acknowledge people coming in. Maria handled my last order and she was so nice. And everyone has a smile even you could see they are busy. I like supporting a store like that. So from now on I will be ordering at this store.

i ordered a stuffed crust pizza with EXTRA pizza sauce. my pizza came quickly and the driver was nice but i am glad i did not tip him because my pizza was demolished in transit to me. i opened the box and it looked like my box was shaked. rattled. & rolled like that song. also it did not have extra sauce on it. i will not be ordering from here anymore. i will take my business to pizza places that handle their products with care & love!

Tonight I order a large pizza after looking online deals and the look at the pizza looked so tasty but in reality it was one of the worse we had the crust was flaky greasy. I order stuff pizza and dint even had that much stuffing it was empty. I had to eat it just because I was craving Pizza Hut but to my surprise it was bad $ 20 dlls for large with half/half toppings and breadsticks which where not good either… The pizza on the other side the Little one is way better & Better price. I won’t order again Good Luck’

Worst Pizza Hut ever. They lied to me on the phone about quantity per order of breadsticks. Went to pick up my pizza, got home, wrong pizza! Called in. They refused to admit their mistake. Made me rake the pizza all the way back in order to exchange for the right one. Very rude manager. Won’t he ordering from here again.

YUCK, why can’t delivery pizza taste good. Dominos is better than Pizza Hut if you can call Dominos good. Never again…

For years Little Cesar’s had this location and had the super cheap simple topping pizza on assembly line for pickup and it seemed like a good model. Decent location, some of the first street corner sign spinning advertising and a simple menu. People could get in and our easily and on the cheaps. Ok the food on the otherhand was pretty bad. You had to be desperate to eat there with sooo many other options around, but I guess if your feeding an army of people or if people forgot to bring things to the potluck you can’t be too picky and the weird thing is that pizza at parties almost always gets eaten. It’s got to be pretty bad for some drunk person or picky kid to not give up and go for the pizza. I was of the impression that Little Cesar’s bombed and to see that Pizza Hut rolled in was a surprise, but turnout Little Cesar’s moved to what they feel is probably a more lucrative location, time shall tell on that, but Pizza Hut came right in and opened without a bat of an eye. I’m not sure if they are using the same equipment, but they sure decided to throw some new paint on it, but not expand. If any of my old timers remember there was an old pizza hut location near here like 20 years ago, but that was when it was a sit down pizza place like Upper Crust. So I went in and was excited to see how fast they could make my pizza and wings. I’m talking quick. Stepped outside to have a cigarette and bam. Got my pizza with a pretty unique toppings set to make sure they pay attention. Walked over to Starbucks and enjoyed my pizza and coffee and was impressed with the toppings, I tend to stay away from meats because you can’t gauge the freshness you can with veggies, especially when judging a place for the first time. Once I like it then I’ll explore the less critical stuff. I was half expecting to burn the roof of my mouth as we all know when eating pizza that is too fresh out of the oven and on a cold day eating outside will chill the pizza faster. So I start with my wings, which aren’t as crispy as I’d like, but acceptably juicy and plenty of sauce. 2 wings later I dig into my pizza and perfect timing that allowed me to scarf it down, I’m talking done in 3 minutes. Nothing against the former tenants, but to have a competitor take over and have fresh custom pizzas is the biz.

Just discovered that this Pizza Hut opened up in my neck of the woods a few days ago when I received a magnet/flyer in the mail. I remember gorging on large slices of Pepperoni as a student at OLHR in North Hollywood. For want of rekindling these childhood memories, I put in my order via their nifty online ordering system. I ordered: [1] Supreme Personal Pan Pizza w/olives, extra cheese and extra sauce [8] Wing street wings in Buffalo mild sauce. Order time: 2146 Estimated delivery time(as predicted by online service): 2227 Actual time food was delivered/received:2235. The delivery driver had trouble finding the place, which is understandable since my apartment complex is divided among several corners. – — Estimated redelivery time due to order foul up: 2330 Actual re-delivery time: 2330 on the dot The scoop: I was pleasantly surprised to see that my personal pan pizza cost less than $ 5(even with the extra sh! t I added to it). The pizza was cheaper than the 8-piece buffalo wings which was $ 6.50. I didn’t mind the $ 2+ delivery fee, as me driving there with my gas-guzzling vehicle would have cost me more than $ 2. Total price paid for all this grubbage was a little over $ 14(without tip). Upon receiving the food, I noticed it was in puny containers. I happily opened the pizza box and discovered that the«Supreme Pizza» only had olives, cheese and sauce. nothing else. What in the holy geezus is this?! I dialed the driver telling him the foul up. He apologizes and advises me to dial the store and speak to the manager. I do exactly that and he apologizes for the mistake. For a new store to be doing these kinds of mistakes is inexcusable in my honest opinion, but is of course forgivable. Nevertheless, I was given the option of getting a new pizza or getting store credit. Being that I was hungry now, I chose for getting the new pizza with correct toppings. My new estimated delivery time was circa 2330. So hopefully if the new pizza comes correct, it will be eaten with cold wings. The new pizza arrived at 2330 on the dot and the delivery driver even apologized for it. I said it was all good and inspected the contents of the box for accuracy. The pizza was hot, fresh, and had the right toppings. I dug in, and it was –delicious– WAY better than the garbage they call pizza at a huge(un-named) chain store on the Marine base(if you read my other reviews, you’ll know which store I speak of; funny how it’s only that branch that I absolutely abhor as they can’t seem to get with the program and trend of quality control). Waaaay better. Pizza was reminiscent of the classic Pizza Hut fare I dined on in my early days, and the wings were a delicious addition. All in all: ordering via their online system was simple, the delivery of food was late(but understandable), the pizza order was f*cked, but corrected accordingly without question, and the service is genuinely polite. So you be the judge if you want to try your luck here. I have yet to find pizza delivery in the Oceanside area that doesn’t screw sh! t up. I hate to knock a point off for messing up the order since it was corrected, but I feel it is fair. I will order again from this Pizza Hut next time I get the craving.
