Jack in the Box

Presentation is everything. They got my order right, was about to bring it to where I was sitting but I came and picked it up. Wasn’t a problem for me at all. It looked good, tasted great. The lobby area was clean and sanitary. I will be back here

Walked in and waited about 8 minutes for them to acknowledge me. And when someone finally said something to me they said,” I don’t know if you want to order anything its Gona take about 20 minutes”…so much for fast food and customer service

I walk in and the first thing I see if a very pregnant General Manager talking on her cellphone about personal things and when I walk up, she continues to finish her conversation. WHAT? She then hangs up and puts her cell in front of her on the counter underneath the monitor. While I’m ordering, SHE CHECKS HER PHONE. I wish I were making this up. Wonderful example there. This place is a joke. You can hardly understand the employees in the drive and I honestly don’t think they’ve EVER gotten my order correct. It’s not even worth going back for missing food. Save yourselves some trouble and AVOID THIS PLACE!

As the other reviewers have already pointed out, driving thru here is almost guaranteed to result in a poor experience. The employees here are apparently incapable of taking orders correctly or completely; today was the third time in 3 visits my order was missing an item I’d ordered, naturally I was already home and couldn’t be bothered to go back. Obviously, I’ll never patronize this location, or perhaps even Jack restaurants, again in the future, I only stop there as a matter of extreme convenience anyhow, and the frustration isn’t worth it …

had the BLAZIN’ CHICKEN sandwich. muddled flavors. muddled textures. looked like it had been sitting under the heat lamps since yesterday.
very disappointing. tomatoes and lettuce were well done. chicken was soggy.
hey, JACK. why would you spend all that money on advertising and then not deliver ??

Tonight about 9:15pm I order a small combo. The woman working the drive threw didn’t hear me correctly I guess because she gave me a large drink and I told her I asked for a small. She took a cup pored the soda into the smaller cup then when over thee the frys that were in the bag back with the rest, opened up a small fry holder with her hands and dropped frys into the sleeve and named me the bag. At the end of the drive threw I put the hole meal even the drink in the trash! Really where’s the sanitation, she’s been holding dirty money dirty register and cards and she wants me to eat food she put her hands all over
This place has crappy reviews and I see why never eating at this location again!

This place is the worst! always screwing up your take out order!!! I wouldn’t care if it was free but I am paying for it and expect it to be the way I want especially if I’m paying for it! The people that work here need to get it together…

It’s been my 3^rd time through this particular jack in the box… and all 3times they messed up my order. Simple 4 tacos and a burger… nothing special and they mess it up. How ??? 3 times already… Are they high? Drunk? Idk. But they lost me as a customer

Apparently, their combos don’t come with drinks. Ummm. what? Also, don’t bother ordering what you really want, they will either mess up your order, or give you something completely different.

I’ve been here several times over the past couple months and it’s got to be the nicest jack in the box I’ve ever been too. I’ve never had bad food or food that looks old. I can always tell they just made it. I appreciate that lol

It’s Jack. We had breakfast. It tasted like Jack. Everything was the usual, except the floors in here are EXTREMELY slippery. Please be careful at this location.

I love the fact that it serve breakfast all day! Sausages croissant, curly fries, and eggrolls after a late night out!

A business deal with Andy H., which turned into a working «lunch» meeting.
We needed something quick and easy so we both had decided to dine in and eat greasy tacos, fries and a drink ($ 6).
I don’t care how cheap and greasy/​oily JB’s tacos are, they still make me happy. The fries could have been better. I was mildly disappointed that it wasn’t fresh and crispy. I do get a kick out of the new soda machine and how it’s all digital with so many choices/​flavors! Kudos to having Diet Dr. Pepper.
There were no outlets to plug in Andy’s laptop, and the booth we wanted was not clean. For it being lunch time, it wasn’t very busy. (I have been here where it has been packed and the drive thru is super long.)
Quick and easy working lunch, then headed to BevMo to check out the 5 cent wine sale!

OK so I lied I had to take my mom here this afternoon for her lunch they actually got it right this time! Maybe because it was only one easy order???
Although they still forgot to give us a straw!!!
