Burger King

This was our first time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The decaf coffee had a few grounds in it so they brewed a fresh pot.
We had breakfast.
I will definitely come back.

For a fast food restaurant this place always does a great job keeping their area clean and maintaining a quick service.
Every time ive gone into this particular one, I never had to wait more than 3 minuets in line and my food came out correct and quick.
Im loving there new $ 1.49 10pc Nugget deals that ive been on a nugget binge for 3 days straight!!! haha
Anyways, I prefer Burger King over McDonalds any day just cause ive never heard any bad rap about them besides the memes you would see where Ronald McDonald would roll up and blast the Burger King guy haha. But other than that, Burger King is KING!

First thing you have to know is that when going to the drive thru of this place, you sometimes really need to speak up as well as listen carefully to the order box as it borders the highway and it can get quite loud at times. Also on the menu itself, while it’s noted that there’s Icee drinks, ice coffees and soft drinks, I’ll be darned if I can see where it tells you what kind of soft drinks there are (Sprite, Dr. Pepper and ?).
Usually we bypass this location in favor of the Vista Village location (by far the best in the area), but we were on our way home from Best Buy and gave in and came here for that 1.49 chicken nugget deal and some other items. After paying for our food, the employee gave us our food, closed the window, and walked away, not asking us what sauce we wanted for the nuggets and neglected to give us our drink too which I had to go inside to get. No apology was given unless rolling eyes is the new way to do it? There was only a couple already eating in the store so it’s not like it was crazy busy here at te time.
Later after stopping nearby to enjoy our food, we found the Spicy Crispy Chicken Jr sandwich to be neither spicy, nor crispy. Not to mention that if throwing a chicken patty in with some cold somewhat stale bread, scattering sauce and lettuce around and wrapping that up in a paper is the way it’s supposed to be prepared, I don’t think we’ll be ordering that again.
Well, lesson learned once again that if we crave any BK food, we’ll drive to the Vista Village location to get it.

I worked at this location 10 years ago. The burgers were mega delicious then, so I figured they would be great now. I went with two other people and ordered burgers, as in «BURGER» king. I expected the burgers would be good because we were the only ones there, and they could concentrate fully on cooking our food. Here’s the breakdown:
1) The bread was hard and cold.
2) Patties were dry, cold, and old.
3)Topping were sloppy and falling off.
The burgers weren’t even warm enough to melt the cheese. Damn, I’m so pissed and tempted to demand a refund for this substandard crap. DO NOT EAT HERE! Learn from my mistake and eat somewhere, ANYWHERE, else but this location. You have been warned.

I’m not usually a fan of BK but they’ve really improved a lot of things and have some solid selections.
First of all the establishment has a retro feel with an outdated color scheme paired with brand new modern signage that doesn’t seem to match. The place is clean regardless which is all that you can hope from a fast food place.
I tried out the new buffalo chicken fries which I thought were great dipped in the buffalo sauce and then in the ranch sauce. Without the sauces the fries are unfortunately a little plain, they have the slightest hint of a buffalo quick that isn’t enough flavor to satisfy your buffalo hankering alone.
They switched up their fry recipe a while ago and after finally trying it I can honestly say they are perfectly crisp with the right amount of salt and way better than the old recipe which seemed bland and limp.
The staff was friendly and smiley despite working on a Sunday and I got my food within 5 minutes #FastFoodBeingFast

Stopped here on a Thursday evening. We were the only ones in the restaurant but it still took forever to get our food. Our burgers were sitting under the heat lamp for a long time and when we got them, they were cold, they did not have enough onion rings and pulled some out of our large order to put into our small order!

Its an okay place… i thought the meaning of «fast food» was to have it in a few mintues… not 15 mins later. There was at least 6 people on this morning and everyone was running around with their head cut off. and they were only taking care of one order at the time. seemed like no one knew what on earth they were doing.

Friendly staff but this location has new franchise owners who have raised the prices and made the burgers smaller. I will not be returning.

This place is a major bummer. :-(I love Burger King and this location just totally stinks. I have been Here 3 times in the last week and have had to go in all three times to get my Order fixed. Seriously super annoying. The food is ok once they get your order right. I went there today and asked for a double cheeseburger no cheese and they tried to charge me for a double hamburger which cost more for some weird reason, instead of just charging me for a double cheese and not putting on the cheese. This place is a total thumbs down. And unfortunately I will prob go here again because I like bk so much, just make sure u go inside and check your Order before you leave.

One of the worst Burger Kings in the country. Not many people come here, location probably to blame. Wait time is looooong. If you do drive thru, they make you pull up and wait, even if there isn’t anyone behind you. Just one star from me.

After Marisol/​Manager left over a year ago, this place has the worst manager. They mess up my order most of the time. sm cheese burger w/​mustard and mayo only, they make it like I order it with HEAVY must/​mayo. Grilled or Chrispy Chicken salad, out of crispy salad they make it with cut up chicken strips that are dried out. Rude manager, never going back. It’s not hard to make an order right when you are the only person with an order pending. MARISOL, COME BACK, we miss you.

This was a horrible experience. We even had the manager taking our order and she messed up the order, we asked her to plot the order between a credit card and cash, and were given the wrong drinks. No wonder she works here. If she is the manager, I would hate to see the rest of the employees. I will NEVER be coming back to this location again. I would rather starve than give them my money.

Drive thru experience for today is horrible. We’ve been through their drive thru a few times in the past and never had a problem.
Shakes were given to us with whipped cream all over the lid and sides of the cup we’re sticky from the drive thru cashier wiping them off. First off, if you’re handling money, you shouldn’t be handling food. On a more positive note, shakes were delicious as always.
Ordered a couple orders of cookies since they were 2/​$ 1. Why would you put cookies in the same bag with onion rings??? One order of the cookies were burnt and hard as a rock, the other order of cookies was normal but… they all had an onion ring taste since they were sitting in the same bag. Come on! I know this is a fast food drive thru but they should at least care about the food they are going to give their customers so they would keep coming back. This is definitely the last time we’re going there. There’s a couple of other choices in the area for next time.

This place is a piece of sh*t. I am writing this as I wait. It’s been 20 minutes since I’ve ordered and there’s literally NO orders before mine! Except for maybe in drive thru. I’ve been here twice now and they f*cked up the first time as well. Was in drive thru, waited 15 minutes for my order, for them to tell me to park because my fried WEREN’T ready. Never coming to this particular BK ever again until they are under new management or hire all new employees. Ridiculous.

(This happened yesterday) I love Burger King, but when I got their I had a coupon ready for 2 burgers 2 small fries and 2 drinks. But their boiler broke down! So I could only get chicken. Normally this would make this a 3 star but I’m kind of glad it happened because I got to taste new food that I normally wouldn’t get, so we’re on 4 stars now. But the 5^th star goes to their nice staff, there was a very nice woman named Hannah and she was very nice. She welcomed us back when we went to go order a second time. I would come back to this place. Nice save Hannah!

The employees were very nice and they do a good job. The building is very dirty old and it stinks inside.

It’s Burger King … Plain and simple food. The drive thru was quick and easy. Food was so-​so … nothing spectalur.
Worth stopping by for a quick unhealthy bite of food. I don’t normally get a craving for this place but it was a quick hash brown nuggets type of morning.
I enjoy the little hash brown nuggets over the hash brown cakes at other places. hahaha

This place is crap! They microwaved my chicken sandwich, not fresh at all. My sons chicken nuggets don’t look fresh at all! This place looks old and run down but usually I don’t compare the food quality to the appearance of the place but this one matches. I won’t come back here!

I LOVE burger king… This place is horrible, it tarnishes the name of burger king, the workers are imcompentent and that is what makes this place the worst burgerking ever!!! Want examples? First time; I ask for extra cheese i get no cheese, i ask for 2 chicken sandwitches, i get 1 whopper no ketchup. Really!?! Maybe I should check before I leave the drive through, no wait I want FAST FOOD, i shouldnt have to check the only reason I am there is to eat fast food fast! I gave them a few chance and without fail they have always messed up one way or another, never ate undercooked breakfast sandwiches until this place! If you love burger king never ever go here, unless they fire every single person there and replace them with workers that can speak english and can get a order right!!!

Working in North County again, and needing to kill time before going back to another place I am suppose to visit, my hunger finds me here. Not wanting to spend more money I drove past the newly opened Broken Yolk Oceanside and the older Dennys; plus I have had positive memories of the hash brown nuggets they serve at all Burger Kings.
Ordering was pretty strait forward, and was no better or worse than any other Burger King I had experienced in the past. Actually, no I take it back, it was far better than the one within biking distance of wear I live; then again that’s not saying much.
Attacking the dollar menu I got much needed coffee, a sausage biscuit, the BK value sausage egg and cheese muffin, and those hash brown nuggets I had written about earlier.
Well the «Seattle’s Best» coffee was coffee, so for that it was good, but it was not great coffee, it was just passable. The sausage biscuit was probably the best part, it was strait forward, cooked properly and the biscuit wasn’t to moist from the heat of the freshly cooked sausage patty (hear that Carl’s Jr. packaging matters). However, it got worse from there. The hash brown nuggets were under-​cooked, and the small bag under-​packed. Worse was the BK sausage egg and cheese muffin; the sausage was a little under done, and the egg was missing! So it was a sausage with cheese muffin, not what I ordered at all.
As is the case often with drive-​thru fare, I didn’t start eating until after I left, and it was to far to go back to the restaurant to complain about my messed up order to be worth the time and additional effort.
