We didn’t get our food delivered to our table. Like the other customers did. The cashier did not look to happy being there her name was Vanessa :(

Went through drive thru this morning. Nicest drive thru guy. I totally understood him on the drive thru speaker.(Rare occurrence these days at any drive thru!) Normally I say, «Can you please repeat that», it still comes out gibberish and I hope that they don’t put something disgusting that I didn’t order(but paid for!) in my bag. They got the order right. They did it quickly. And I’m happy. Just how it is supposed to be!

Horrible Customer Service! I come here because of convenience in a American name brand and the fact that it’s only 1 mile away from where I live. I came in to the dining area for 4 ice cream Sundaes and 2 large Fries. The young lady took my order with a decent attitude. We waited about 5 mins for everything. She then called out our order. When I asked if they had a cup holder for my «4 Togo Sundaes. «She hesitated then proceeded to get me a cup holder. She came from behind the counter and handed it to me to put it in myself. I was shocked because I’ve spent well over 15 years in customer service. That wasn’t customer service. I’m not happy with this McDonald’s and this would be a BS review if something like this only happened once. Unfortunately here, this is a reoccurring style of service. I hope that someone corrects this because I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Stale fries, stingy on condiments(gives 2 ketchup packets at a time regardless of how many combo meals you buy), the worst customer service. I can go on and on about what’s wrong with this place but I keep coming back(after a month or two) when I’m desperately craving for their fries and big mac/quarter pounder because it taste good. That’s how you know you’re addicted. Talk about food that are seriously toxic to your health.

Dirty. With roaches. Tables are dirty for 20 minutes after someone leaves. Terrible.

* Sheisty * Does not double check orders * Misses food ordered in the drive thru * Charges for extra dipping sauce This McDonald’s needs some work when it comes to customer service. Last night, my wife and I were on our way out to a campsite and was picking up McDonald’s for everyone there, this is my first time to this location. They have a new, rather expensive Buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich that we wanted to try, so we ordered 2 of those. We like our burgers saucy and with lots of lettuce, so we ordered extra big mac sauce and lettuce. This place charged us $ 0.30 for each extra, including lettuce which they didn’t even put extra on. Our total for 8 sandwiches, a happy meal and 2 large fries came out to $ 44. It was my daughters 1st happy meal, we asked for the girl toy when prompted. When we got to the window, we asked for 2 ranch and 2 sweet and sour. The employee working the window had to go ask her manager which said we can only get 1 extra sauce… Are you kidding me, a $ 44 order and you can’t give us 3 extra sauces?!? We even offered to pay for them, but the employee working the window didn’t know how to do that… Plain ignorance and lack of training from management. Anyways, we pulled away without our sauces, only to find out they didn’t offer us ketchup after we were already back on the freeway. Ugh. This is the most sheisty McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. To cheap to even offer ketchup apparently. You would think that this would be the worst of it, but no. We got to the campsite and they forgot both Buttermilk crispy chicken sandwiches!!! $ 10 total! I feel like I’ve been robbed at this point. We were about 25min away, so I wasn’t about to spend an hour round trip driving back to get them, we were only spending about 3 hours at the campsite. Also, they gave my daughter the boys toy, a rather scary looking Frankenstein rather than the Hello Kitty it rang up as on my receipt. She didn’t seem to mind, for me it was just the icing on the cake… I called the manager, Alicia, and complained. She offered to take my name, but I really just wanted to tell her she needs to have her employees double check orders at the drive thru and how ridiculous it is that they don’t give extra sauce for a $ 44 order, even when we offered to pay for them. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Avoid it at all costs. I’m filling out the survey on the receipt as well, so hopefully the franchise owner will be aware if this restaurants short comings and lack of pleasing its customers. 1 star.

first off I don’t eat McDonalds, but I wanted an ice cream cone for cheap and it was close. So I went inside to get one, and I kid you not, it took them 30 minutes to get me an ice cream. 30 minutes. That is all.

I’m a fan of places where I can bring my kids to play and sit in the shade and drink my coffee. Now that McDonald’s has the McCafe coffee bar with iced drinks etc, if I’ve got kids in tow this joint easily beats any other coffee joint. And while the play structure is outdoors, they’ve got some umbrellas over the tables. It’s clean enough and, hey, it’s McDonald’s: you know exactly what food they have. Kids can get kids meals with milk and apples, usually for less than my coffee! And you can’t beat the price for the kids structure! It’s free!

This McDonalds has«24 hour drive thru» written all over it. We pulled up sat morning on our way home from the airport. There was a car parked outside. They were closed. We even honked and there was no one. FALSE advertising!

I tried to make it a no star but then you can’t write a review. Stopped by here to pick my husband up a burger at 10:23 a.m. Was told they don’t serve lunch until 10:30. Went to Einstein Brothers bagels to get myself a breakfast bagel and ROCKED my breakfast. Went back to get my husbands burger and was told they wouldn’t be serving lunch until 11:00. McDonald’s SUCKS!!! At least this location does. If you NEED a McDonald’s fix, find another one to drive to, otherwise, try Einstein Brothers Bagels — they are delicious!!!

This is the second time. Says 24 hour drive through. Sat at the order box for 5 min and nothing. Lights are on with a few cars parked around McDonald’s. I realize that cleaning and preparation for the day happens at night but this is crazy. Seems like a lack of supervision. Drove by the main eating area and looked into the kitchen and couldn’t see anyone. Probably won’t eat here again.

It’s a mcdonalds. I don’t know what else to say. They got my order right. It was good and hot and tasted perfect. They were friendly and speedy. Their coffee was just as good as the Starbucks down the street.

We came here for a late night ice cream since or first choice was closed. We approached the drive thru window only to be stared at unfriendly like by a worker there. She did not greet us or even bother to smile. Service is huge to us and it definitely lacked here. I would not recommend coming to McDonald’s in the first place… unless you REALLY have to.

Horrible service! Had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwich and it was hard as a brick! I took it back to the register for a much softer biscuit, and came back with a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I took it back to the register again to get my bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwich, and came back with a hard biscuit again. I gave up and crunched away at my sandwich. Customer service sucks these days!

i’ve never been a McDONALD’s kinda guy. when GOOSEGOSSAGE accused RAYKROC of poisoning the world with his hamburgers, those words spoken in anger resonated with me. years even before that, when MICKEY D’s was first introducing their breakfast menu, i took a vacation to visit our nation’s capital with my then wife and five year old son, MICHAEL. we got to see the WASHINGTONMONUMENT, the LINCOLN and JEFFERSONMEMORIALS, the WHITEHOUSE, the SMITHSONIAN, the WATERGATEHOTEL, the pandas at the NATIONALZOO and just about every McDONALD’s between starting out and getting back. my real obsession was with the cute mugs with the smiley sun-face logo — sad really since i didn’t then and still don’t drink coffee but i ate my share of SAUSAGE and HOTCAKES, EGG McMUFFINS and most especially their CHEESE, BACON and EGGBISCUITS. sadly, ten years later(about the time GOSSAGE was a PADRE) she got custody of most of our worldly goods including the mugs. but life goes on … early this morning i had to drive out to RANCHOBERNARDO(from CARLSBAD) to take a silly licensing exam(don’t even get me started) for the state of CALIFORNIA. traffic was lighter than i expected and i had a little extra time when i was hit(thunderstruck really) with an overwhelming craving for a CHEESE, BACON and EGGBISCUIT. thank GOD this is AMERICA and there’s a McDONALD’s on every corner(across the street from the STARBUCK’s), right ??? i drove up and down RANCHOBERNARDOROAD and BERNARDOCENTERDRIVE until i’d exhausted the fifteen minutes i had to spare. dejected, i dragged my MICKEY D’s craving butt in to take the exam. fortunately, i only used thirty five minutes of the ninety allotted for the test and got back to 78 and JEFFERSON early enough that my very own McDONALD’s(i’ve been there twice before in the thirty years i’ve lived here) was still serving breakfast. a rubbery lump of grease without any flavor but salt, it was love(again) at first bite — rarely have so many empty calories been so satisfying. THOMASWOLFE was right, you know, you can’t go home again but at least i got as close as just down the block. can we just call it a guilty pleasure and let it go at that ???
