Ice tea had gone bad, not cleaning the container out between batches, rude employee rolls his eyes when I ask to replace with a Coke, witch tasted bad from crossed lines. Ice cold fries, burger was ok. Bad location, managers don’t care about detail. Go the extra distance to bobier and Santa Fe, outstanding employees and management.

The service at this place is some of the worst I have ever experienced, The place is dirty. They would rather serve you food that’s been sitting around than make it fresh What else can I say I don’t know how this place even gets business. Now this isn’t a one time thing even the managers are rude and lazy. They will smile and say thank u when they ask you to take the survey and put there name down… but other than that this is one of the worst fast food restaurants around. Out of 5 times coming here 3 of them were awful experiences and the other 2 timesu were just bad. First It all starts with the manager that runs the place he is the reason this place provides bad service and he needs to pick another profession. Hey I don’t like to knock a place or say bad things but I mean its ridiculous and finally i got tired of it and they deserve this review. Hope they read this and actually make a effort to provide excellent service but I guess when you got a manager that leads by example this is the end result.

Not only do these cock suckers except ebt, now they are uping the price on «special deal items» like the big cheeseburgers, fuck jack in the box

I ordered the 10 piece chicken nugget meal with curly fries. Part of the servings of fries were soggy and have completely lost its crunch effect.
The nuggets were okay, they were warm but okay. Not much else to say bout the nuggets because you really pay for what you get which isn’t always the best.
The young lady working the window, in my opinion, could have been a bit more enthusiastic with customer service. She never really smiled but did make sure there was tons of hot sauce in our bag.
The good thing was that my medium lemonade had right amount Ice.

If you can, go to a different Jack in the Box! The service here is awful! They don’t listen to you and they are sadly low on staff. I do really like their food and their drive thru is a little bit more on the listening ears side.

We’ve used the drive-​thru on our visits and the food is as expected: greasy, good & laden with guilt. The staff has usually been pretty friendly. Great for a quick run for junk food.

This is a good jack box. I love the big cheese burgers. The drive they is always busy. I would love to come back. This is in a good shopping center. Will be back.

They did not hit it outta the park for us. Made mistakes on 2 of our 3 orders. My mom ordered the potato wedges with bacon and cheese; way tooooo much cheese and the bacon was almost non-​existent. Friendly staff though which is why I gave it 2 stars.

I’m always here for the iced coffee. I love their iced coffee! Service is always amazing. seriously. It doesn’t matter if I’m there at 5am or 10pm, the workers are always friendly. They keep me coming back to this location :-)

Tried the TURKEY BACON CHEDDAR
GRILLED SANDWICH. It was very tasty and a nice change from burgers. I’ll get it again next time.

Was excited to try the new bbq bacon chicken sandwich. Was sad with what came out of the window. One strip of overcooked bacon, torn in half and soggy patties. I guess that’s what a $ 4 combo gets you.

it’s fast food at its best. cheap prices and quick, this restaurant was clean but aged, the staff was good.

What happened to the world. What happened to the land of abundance and freedom. Well now that every other fast food restaurant does not stay open 24hours Jack in the crack gets an extra star. Where burrito’s reign supreme in the late night game sometimes even burrito’s go to sleep or at least close their dining room and go drive thru only.
The most prime location on 2 of the city’s main streets, gas, a bar all within 100 feet of it. The drunks from the bar come here, late night travelers can get food and usually the service sucks when you run a skeleton crew, but they pump food out pretty quick and with good service late into the night with aplomb. Your probably wondering why write so much about a simply fast food joint. Well I have a lot of history here over the decades. The food is solid, make no mistake about it. Some items suck, but once you know what you like it’s consistent and their cheese is melted which is another leg up on the competition.
I would consistently come here in HS and when I was hooliganing the streets. It was a bit of a hangout due to the proximity to my house.
You just can’t beat ad 24 hour dining room and drive thru in a day and age when everyone else is cutting back these services.

Drive thru service here was five star– it’s like the cashier lady knew that I wanted two tacos (in addition to my bacon ultimate cheeseburger meal) to satisfy my inner fat kid. My order came out fast and exact to boot!

We came around 1145 pm through the drive up window. We attempted to order a chicken club salad off the menu but they were out. So we ordered a buyer and chicken sandwich. The food was good and we were very glad they were open late.

Needed a late night snack after the movies, so I went to the only place who’s drive-​thru was open! And let me just add, this is the cleanest JBo in Oceanside.
I ordered 6 tacos and a Jumbo Jack with Cheese. The tacos were FRESH and the Jumbo Jack was PERFECT. That’s the perk of coming late at night: FRESH FOOD. I could only imagine what the fries would’ve been like.
