Dr, Kullmann specializes in Activator Methods Chiropractic Technique and has achieved an Advanced Proficiency Rating. Activator Methods was developed to provide a safe, specific adjustment without the tradtional «twisting» and «cracking» associated with chiropractic treatment. In addtition, to our cutting edge chiropractic techniques, we have found that low level laser therapy has been a tremendous asset in rehabilitating spinal and extremity related conditions.

Rancho Del Oro Chiropractic was founded with the goal of providing fast, safe, effective pain relief and optimum performance for our fellow North County residents. Dr. Kullmann constantly strives to bring our patients the most innovative, non-​invasive treatment for many of the most common spinal and extremity complaints.

Dr. Kullmann is a lifelong resident of North County and has practiced in Oceanside for over 24 years. Serving as Vice President of the Sports Injury Staff at Los Angeles College of Chirorpactic, Dr. Kullmann provided health services for athletes throughout southern California. In addition, Dr. Kullmann has a background as an Emergency Medical Technicican supporting medical staffs at venues such as the LA County Fair, LA Coliseum, LA Sports Arena, Wild Rivers Water Park and Long Beach Sports Arena. Furthermore, Dr. Kullmann is an American Heart Association CPR and First Aid instructor and has personally trained over 15 thousand laypersons and healthcare providers.
