Continued… cut off: Our contract specified multiple coats of protective poly would be applied, and during our conversations you assured me the table would stand up to use — I trusted that to be the case. Your other clients seem very satisfied with their products, so perhaps we are the only unlucky ones. I’m certainly not trying to ruin your reputation over one table, but this was an expensive mistake for US to learn, and I would hate for someone else to go through the same thing.

He was prompt to reply to my initial and all inquiries throughout the project. His honesty, work ethics and professionalism was refreshing and he was a pleasure to do business with. His turn around time with my custom order was swift and most importantly, his work is impeccable! The quality of his craftsmanship is superior using the best materials and techniques to build his furniture. I am confident that we will enjoy our furniture for many generations. I found Santini Woodwork on Custom Made. His reviews are all 5 Stars! I was shocked to read the negative review that is posted on this site. However, after reading the response, it is clear that it is just sour grapes and not a true reflection of Jeff or his company which produces exceptional furniture accompanied with superior customer service
