First off i want to say be careful when you eat here, i had a bone in the mcnuggets i ordered and not to even meantion they were so overcooked!!! hahah this happend 1 week ago, and no manager on duty didnt say anything but fill a form out, horrible customer service ! he should have asked if i wanted differnt nuggets or give me my money back .&&&today i stoped and had a worker give me attitude because i asked for a kids cup i mean this girl litterly was being so sarcastic and rude. how does a worker not understand«exuse me can i have a kids cup to go with a straw and lid» and i even asked if it was guna cost…

I think to be number one in a restaurant business I never had a problem at this place by my experience I can rate 8 do that One time they forget a burger from my order while I double asked the lady if it was complete and she said yes. Yesterday like almost every morning I went to McDonald’s drive-through and I ordered two coffees cashier was really nice and cool but the guys serving the coffee should I be working with customer .he was really rude and gave my order wrong I told him that it was a large coffee and his response to the question was really rude . and also ask him which one they didn’t have sugar he never respond, when I got home both had sugar and sadly The person that I got it for couldn’t drink it.

Last night was the second time in as many years that I pulled up to the drive through speaker to find a sign that said cash only. Obviously their system was down, but the upsetting part was because I did not have cash on me I will stuck in line for 15 minutes waiting for other people to get their food. I shouldn’t be held hostage because they can’t figure out the proper placement of a sign. Given this and other issues with this restaurant that I’ve had over the past few years I will not be visiting this McDonald’s location ever again. There’s not room enough to swing around and get out of line until you get to the front where the pay window is.

Horrible service didn’t see one employee with clean, or put together uniform or most importantly with a smile …served old food for example ordered a dipped cone received a messy cone with old dip I know this because I was a former mc Donald’s employee who worked for 1 year and 7 months so I know the difference… asked the male employee to double dib to see the thickness again and he handed the cone to me such a mess that he even had to go wash his hands… I asked one of the mangers isn’t the dip is suppose to be hard/crunchy instead of mushy and she responded with attitude that’s what happens when you wanna double dip it, which is incorrect, I had responded I use to work for mc Donald’s I know the difference this is old dip and she responded«okay«and walked away… for a manger don’t you think she should be a role model not filled with attitude and disrespect … Learn how to do your job… it is just mc Donald’s

Just had a double cheeseburger combo here while waiting for my car to be serviced at Pep Boys. Very convenient to be right across the parking lot. This was my first time inside(been to the drive thru several times) and the crew was very friendly. Also some nice artwork of Oceanside is painted on the walls which is a pleasant change from the generic look. 2 TVs are also located in the dining area so I’d say if you’ve got the time to relax and eat inside, its worth it.

Our experience was not bad at all. I have been to way way worse McDonald’s. Like the one at the outlets by san ysidro. They got my girls cheese sandwich right the first time. After all … it’s McDonald’s.. Just be clean and polite. And you get decent reviews.

I am one of the billions that are eating McDonald food. Lately, the quality and service have been worsen. I ordered chicken nugget meal for my daughter, first the nuggets supper dry, must have been sitting for at least 48 hours under the light, second I counted 7 French fries, REALLY. Finally, drive through person needs to attend customer service 101. Rude. Will not try this location again.

I like McDonalds believe me, as unhealthy it can be it does make you full off of one burger magically. But the other night the service here definitely sucked. I went through the drive-thru and the guy taking my order didnt seem too happy to be there, arent you suppose to be happy to «see me smile??» lol Well it went more downhill for this dude when I handed him a ziplock baggie full of change which was mostly quarters… So he took the bag and when he opened it his eyes grew big and he looked at me with that face like«dude, I know im that cashier tonight, but I am not even trying to count tonight…» So he literally asks me before he even takes out one coin«How much in the bag guy?» I told him, then I had the urge to add another sandwich to my order. I tell him I want a «spicy buffalo burger» the guy asks me in confusion what I said… I tell him again and he walks off looking like he hates his job.(posture, facial expression… the whole nine yard) After waiting for a very quick 5min im pretty happy and hungry and drive off. Well too my freakin surprise this guy gave me the wrong sandwich and on top of that there was no NAPKINS!!!(All McDonalds are good at this) All in all, if your in oceanside and cant find a late night 24hr mcdonalds and dont mind a bad service at the drive thru, come over here!

Absolutely horrible service. Laughably rude manager-type person. When they got my order wrong, they demanded a receipt to fix it, though I’d already relinquished the drink completely full. When I couldn’t find a receipt, the worker, presumably a night manager, actually flat out denied that I could have even gotten that size of coffee from his store, saying they don’t even sell it. When I finally found my receipt and returned, I didn’t even receive a sincere apology. I get that it’s just McDonald’s, and as such my standards were already incredibly low, but come on… Try for just basic human decency.

I got bamboozled! I came for a chicken nuggets kid’s meal, but when I drove up to the drive thru, I was asked if I wanted to try the Crispy Chicken Sweet Chili Wrap. Damn, was it healthier I thought? I began to inquire about this«wrap». Was it spicy? NOPE It is a good size? YUP Was it reasonably priced? Sure — $ 4 So, ya, I was suckered into changing my order. I like the fact that it’s wrapped up in a tidy container so I didn’t spill anything while I was driving! Good portion that kept me content. The chicken wasn’t plentiful however.

Never had a problem here before but please look at the photo I added of a Big Mac they served me yesterday for lunch(w/receipt): The bun so dry(old?) that it cracked in half when I picked it up. After one bite of stale bread I threw the whole meal out — it was terrible. The people at the counter who I’d ordered from didn’t make me want to return to complain(for example I was referred to as bro/my man at 35yrs old). I took a photo of the food w/receipt and yesterday evening I contacted support via . There’s no email address(you have to use a webform). Reluctantly I used the form and included my photos and a lengthy email about what happened. I received a reply from«luis» at 3:30am(?) I spent another 20min typing a reply email to «Luis» explaining that I’m glad I helped him with a quality control issue but that I think I should be entitled to a refund. After typing the entire reply I find out that the email Luis sent me was one that cannot be replied to. Oh man I was pissed. I wanted to continue my feedback with the person who read my original complaint. It’s sad in the first place that customer support wouldn’t offer me some type of refund to begin with but not giving me a way to reply doesn’t exactly reflect my feedback being«very important». Honestly it’s not even _feedback_it’s a sad reality that I got screwed on my lunch break yesterday. They should make that right. This morning I tweeted both @mcdonalds and @mcdonaldscorp w/my photo asking for a corportate email address that I could forward my orignal and reply emails too. @Mcdonalds flat ignored me(but continued tweeting about Monopoly games if you retweet and some mentions indicating there was a live person at the helm). The second was kind enough to reply promptly and mentioned someone else(@) who they said I should talk to. That response made me feel a little better but I’d requested an e-mail…I wanted to just forward these emails that I’d wasted time writing. I’m dissatisfied with the way they’ve handled this situation so an honest Unilocal is my recourse. The bread was the worst I’ve ever gotten from a fast food resturant. This is my local McDonalds and I’m not going there again for lunch or dinner. I’ve been there a number of times for breakfast w/o any problems. Coffee is good. They get 1 because the meal yesterday will take me a long time to get over. I had to buy another lunch across the street and have wasted a ton of time writing emails and fuming about their ineptness. –Jason

I don’t usually do big fast food joints, but I there are some that don’t do most specials or other stuff. I’m going to point out that this restaurant has limited refills, just saying because some people want more than two or three refills. The environment is nice & average with fast service.

This is an unfortunate change of expectations, however a recent visit has led me to downgrade this location’s rating of this International Franchise. While working in my area, and looking for a shot of espresso in the middle of the night and their highly addictive french fries, I stopped by here with several minutes to spare before they closed. When I got to the window, they said both items were unavailable as, even though they were open, they had already cleaned the machines and were no longer making McCafe items or using their fryer. Now I understand, having once worked food service myself, that when one has worked a long day sometimes all one wants to do is go home; yet sometimes it’s an experience or two that grounds one person’s impression of a certain location. This experience is going to be that one. Not being able to order the items that I would like, I left, having to go to my next appointed round. I am pretty sure that the location on Vista Way will appreciate my business more.

Umm… so what can I say about McDonalds that is positive? Their fries are good. One of the best fries I ever tasted at fast food place. Good shakes. As for their burgers… It taste like process food with salt. But the employees are always friendly…

WOW! I’m giving the big fast food chain a 5star rating… It’s going to rain big mac’s! This location gets a great rating for the awesome customer service, even better communication being that we added an extra item at the first window and I was sure they would forget to pack it at the next but didn’t and even better food! I know I know your probably thinking its all the same its Micky D’s but this one stands out from the rest! Not only did they get our order right and they didn’t forget the extra add on order they also were fast fast fast and it was hot hot hot! They even gave us our straws holy wow!!! I’d recommend you stop here if your in the area and want something from the golden arches hit this place up you won’t be disappointed!
