Wendy’s

Absolutely horrible service at this location. Waited in the drive through line for nearly half an hour while the workers inside goofed around and didn’t work. Saw one of them laughing through the window.
The line wasn’t moving so I wondered if the orders were very large, maybe a large family ordering dinner for 10? Nope, people were just getting a burger and a drink. The lady in front of me waited at the window 4 – 5 minutes for her frosty. She drove away angry, speeding out of the drive through. Ridiculous, this is maddening and gives a bad name to people who actually want jobs and are willing to work for their paycheck.
When I finally got to the window to pick up my 2 frosties, there was nobody there to greet me. I waited nearly a minute and heard voices in the back of the kitchen. That’s when I got upset and drove away. Never got my food and I’ll never return to this location. This business does NOT deserve my money.
Wendy’s needs to fire these people ASAP.

The new Bacon Mozzarella Burger is great, and the small chocolate Frosty go perfectly. Bob recommends the baconator cheese fries with anything. Prompt friendly fast food, clean facilities. Try it for fast food, and the dinner salads have been my standards for a long time.

Mediocre fast food with a few unique items such as chili and baked potatos. Friendly and personable cashier; however management does zero in the way of helping the line, say with a second cashier station available when the line is too long or a slow ordering customer. Instead, management is often staring at order in process screens with a mostly blank look, as opposed to truly helping out.

I heard they changed the buns on their hamburgers, decided to try it out the other day and was surprised that the burger was pretty good. It could have been me being hungry, but that new bun gives a pretty nice new flavor to it.
The new bun is similar to the pretzel bun, but not as dense, and doesn’t fall apart like the old bun. It’s a bit spongy/​squishy, but still soft like a light cake. The taste is similar to the McDonalds regular hamburger/​filet-​o-​fish sandwich buns, there is a little bit of sweetness to it.
They advertise their burgers as being made with never frozen meat, and it tastes like it too. There is no freezer taste to it, and it has some pretty good flavor. I wouldn’t mind getting more hamburgers here, the other places are getting to be pretty bland and in need of changes.
The service isn’t the best here though, I was at the counter for a few minutes before being acknowledged by the cashier, and no one else was in line. Even though I asked for my order to-​go, they still have it to me as a dine in order.

Haven’t been to Wendy’s in many moons but stopped in to try their Baconator Burger yesterday. It’s hard to believe how bad it was. Dry, barely warm, yuck. Won’t be back.

Service here is always prompt and they’ve never bungled an order for me. Love their spicy chicken nuggets and frosty!

Great offering for a fast food joint!
I’m generally not known to choose much fast food, especially traditional national chains. But every so often I find myself running errands and needing to find something quick, close by. I drive by this location frequently and needed a quick lunch for me and the kiddos.
I ordered an asian chicken salad, large chili, and a kids meal. Surprisingly, the full-​size salad was very fresh, a nice presentation, and very savory. You could probably take it out of the plastic packaging and assemble it nicely on a plate and no one would guess it was from a fast food place!
The chili is always a crowd pleaser and a welcome comfort food on a cool day. Kid’s meal was pretty standard– I do like that you can order apple slices instead of fries and milk/​juice instead of soft drinks.
And– the most impressive thing– I ordered from the drive though and literally as I drove around the corner and handed the employee my card, she handed me the bags of my food– perfectly packed with napkins and utensils— I don’t know how they did it that fast!

Came in since I didn’t have much time to get a burger. I saw the advertisement for the mushroom burger on brioche and thought, aw, what the hell, sure, I’ll take that one. I was surprised at how good it was. The rest of the experience was pretty typical. The place is clean if not uninspiring. Everyone eating in silence. It’s like they all came in to just get away from life outside. So yeah, not exciting. But at least my burger was good.

Left a minute ago. Manager told me there was a straw in the bag. There was no straw! Great job management!

Completely disappointed in my meal yesterday. Not only was the food not hot but my burger had no flavor. The baked potato is not what it use to be, my daughters chicken Cesar wrap was salty with hardly any dressing and the flour tortilla tasted like it came from dollar tree. :x My son’s chicken nuggets were not warm at all and super hard. Really bummed considering I use to love this place and the food use to be hot and tasty.

I’m pretty addicted to their strawberry-​lemonade. It’s one of the main reason we’ll go through here is that I get a craving for it and then happen to get food as well.
I’m not a fan of their burgers anymore. I don’t know when I started to really hate the taste of the pickles they use. I prefer sour dill on mine, and it’s been sweet-​tasting, which I don’t care for. I prefer their chicken sandwiches. (Except the recent pretzel one. That was a disappointment.)
Their salads are great. Very fresh and I like getting them for lunch the next day even. I know from experience they’ve kept for a couple of days in the fridge and are great for a go-​to meal if you don’t know what to eat.
Overall, I prefer them over McDonald’s and Jack-​in-​the-​Box.

True enough, it’s late on a Saturday night (11.18) but I still expect to be greeted by something more than «Yea?» when placing a drive thru order. The service is curt and so slow… If you are tempted to make a late night stop here do yourself a favor and just keep driving to the next fast food place.

Its fast food so you can’t expect much but this place is top notch. Food is good and cooked to order FAST. Usually hit this place up late night which is good for the wife and I.

I come here sometimes during lunch from the Mira Costa college campus, and I enjoy things off of their value menu frequently. Today I tried out their chili cheese fries, and bought crispy chicken sandwiches (my typical favorite) as well. The fries came out, and I was completely satisfied with it all. It was so filling in itself, that I had to save the burgers for later.
The worker at the front desk Christopher was very kind and helpful, and let me know about items on the menu when I asked. It seems like customer service at this fast food joint still lives on unlike others. I will be back for sure!
Ps: this place is clean! The carpet is nice and it smells like a hotel sometimes!

Frosty… The best quick dessert possible. Even better, donate now get a frosty key chain and receive a free mini frosty. And if I read the info correctly show the key chain on every visit and receive a free frosty… Awesome

This place is just like any ordinary Wendy’s. The order came out pretty quickly which is always a plus… considering it is a fast food chain. The food was delicious and I am most likely to come again

I love burgers and although I shouldn’t be eating fast food at the moment or as much as I have been lately, I just wanted to say that hot n juicy burgers are amazing! haha!
Like sooo good! I crave!

First off, I’m a fan of the Wendy’s chain, especially after some of the food changes they’ve made over the past few years. The change to sea salt on fries means I don’t feel quite as guilty for choosing them, but being able to substitute a salad in the combo is another great option too. The natural lemonade is a wonderful, refreshing drink on a warm day, and their burgers come out hot and juicy.
Some of those menu changes have made the staff much more important in the Wendy’s experience, and this location hasn’t disappointed me with their consistent, high quality execution. Their drive-​thru team is quick and efficient when you know your order by heart, although the line does occasionally bog down from the customer that’s making up their mind at the menu board.

I actually really like this location. I recently moved down the street so my husband and I stop in from time to time (trying to cut back!). I’m a huge fan of their spicy crispy chicken sandwich. Only Chick-​Fil-​A compares. They are usually very good about my specifications on my order (no mayo, add onions. and lots of them!) Last time, we were served by a young guy who was very friendly and cracked a couple jokes with us. I’ve never experienced a lack of customer service at this location. And my sandwich is always HOT. Owww. I’m not used to food being served that hot at a fast food joint — but it’s a plus! Natural-​cut fries are good too; sometimes I could stand for them to be a little crispier. Thumbs up, Wendy’s!

Was in a hurry and a bit hungry… so stopped by Wendys and grabbed a Single Cheese burger and a diet soda. They got the sandwich right which is a huge plus! For some reason a lot of locations put yellow mustard on my sandwich when I ASK them NOT to!
The sandwich was nice and hot.
