I picked up the Mango flavor 2 weeks ago at the Encinitas Farmer’s Market and I was hooked! I love this stuff. Went back the following weekend to get more and your booth was not there! So bummed. Do post your schedule so I can stop by and get more sauce… I’m missing it already. Thanks!

I met Candace at the Vista Farmers Market on a Saturday morning while I was out visiting my mom for a weekend. I fell in LOVE with the Lonesome, Or’ngy & Mean and I am so glad I took the risk of trekking the bottle back on a venture back to the East Coast. I’ve gone through half the bottle in just less than a month and I’m worried that they are going to run out of this limited edition sauce which I keep begging Tim to make a part of their regular list of sauces! While I am not usually a fan of anything fruity or sweet, this is just a perfect blend of spice and just a hint of blood orange and the kick just makes you keep coming back for more… I try every type of spicy sauce I can get my hands on and Tim has definitely gotten it just right with Lonesome, Or’ngy & Mean!

What a great set of sauces. I received my first bundle from their kickstarter campaign and am very happy with what I received. It was a massive hit when I made some homemade cheese dip and dropped some of the Mango in there for some kick.
It has some power to it for those with sensitive palets or stomachs so be honest with yourself before slathering your food with this stuff. Habanero is not something to be taken lightly but the flavor is amazing.
Can’t wait to add this to more dishes and recipes in the future.

These are all awesome sauces with a lot of fruit flavor, totally dipable and spreadable for those who like hot things, and not too spicy for normal people. Each is a great combination of tropical fruit flavors with just the right amount of habanero and other hot peppers that are at their best when cooked smokey.

Rev. Tim Paulman has crafted some fine pepper sauces that should command your attention. Having tried all three, I can say that each has its own unique character and, in an effort not to mask the underlying flavours, a very tolerable level of heat. The Strawbanero and Mangomojo are quite delightful and have very distinctive personalities. However, it is the Piñalava Sunshine that really caught my attention as it seems to have everything going for it! Sweet, complex and just the right amount of «Where’s the water bucket» torridity! While the first two will go well on lighter fare (fish and chicken), the Piñalava Sunshine will be right at home on pork ribs & pork tenderloin! Be at the Leucadia Farmer’s Market on Sundays, 10 AM to 2 PM for a taste test. And bring money. You will leave with bottles of piquant joy!

You’ve gotta try this sauce! All three of Paulman Acre’s sauces are delicious, but my favorite is probably the Mangomojo Daydream. Sweet and smoky, with a nice heat that’s not overpowering. Even people who say they don’t like hot sauce enjoy this stuff! I put it on all kinds of things… eggs, potatoes, chips, beans, and it’s great in my meat marinades. I have turned on many of my friends and family members to these wonderful sauces and they’re all hooked. Plus I really like supporting small businesses and the Paulmans are good people who are passionate about what they’re doing. Get some!

The Paulman Acre collection of sauces is really something special. Each variety has an impressive depth of flavor and there’s nothing else like them on the market. My favorite flavor is Piñalava Sunshine and my wife and I go through an embarrassing amount of it.
We’ve also given the sauces to friends and relatives as gifts and had terrific responses from one and all.
Treat yourself to one of each — you won’t regret it.

I bought some of Paulman Acre’s hot sauce on it’s kickstarter, and now I have a problem going without it when it comes to pizza or chips. I brought some home to Wisconsin as Christmas presents over the holidays, and now I have family hunting me down asking where they can get their next fix. Tremendous product. Couldn’t recommend it enough.
