Pizza Hut

This particular one is terrible 3 times I’ve ordered meaty marinara pasta and they delivered chicken whatever with the white sauce, gross, my orders have been super incompetent and the lady on the phone was very rude when I complained about it. If I could order from a different one I’d never give these incompetent unprofessionals my business

This review is specifically for the wonderful customer service I just expedited! A man named John answered the phone and was so nice and patient with me, he helped me get the best deal and took the time to look it up for me, double check that everything was accurate and didn’t rush me. I usually feel like I’m irritating ppl when I call to order somewhere but this guy was wonderful and I really appreciated it.

Wow. So is pizza hut just waaaay behind the game. The pizza has no flavor? Barely any sauce, and saying the cheese was scarce is an understatement. Boooo on you pizza hut. Customer service a 2/​10, food… lol TERRIBLE. My business will go to Big bobs, dominos… or ANY other pizza place

What has happened to their pizza? hardly any cheese or toppings and cold when it arrived. This is the last time I order from them. Such a shame as Pizza Hut used to be good.

Customer service is awful. Chris on the phone could use a little more matters. I’m sure they will be spitting in my food.

Love their pizza, the pizzas seem to have shrunk what what I remember
Still worth the money for an occasional treat.
Update: Second pizza didn’t have nearly the amount of meat to cheese ratio that I remember.

Worst pizza EVER arrived cold and hard spinach was just thrown on top extra cheese was nowhere would never order again

My wife and I have had liquid explosive, brown fountains for the past few days after devouring a super supreme. Was it eqoli that made it super?

Was home sick today, kept seeing commercials for Pizza Hut, didn’t feel like driving. Then I remembered I could order online, so that’s what I did. My estimated delivery was 35 minutes. I lucked out, got my pizza delivered in 20 minutes! (I do live fairly close by). Friendly delivery person. Pizza was hot and tasty!

Pizza here is always fresh, hot and accurate. We always pick up and it is always ready when they say it will be. Sometimes a night just calls for a large stuffed crust pizza… totally bad for you, but so cheesy and good.

Ordered online an it said it was gonna take almost 2 hrs for delivery. So I called to verify if this was true an they confirmed super long wait time, so I decided to not be lazy an drive the less than 4 miles to pick it up. By the time I got there which was less than 20 mins the delivery driver had already left with my order. WTF?! Now I have to sit an wait for them to remake my order. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Their customer service is TERRIBLE!!! An there are other customers here that they messed up their orders too. They tried to make it up by adding extra chicken wings an free cheese sticks.

Unfortunately we give a low rating because first not the error but the customer service, we ordered a buffalo chicken flavor pizza and received and BBQ… We called back and spoke to a female which when she answered she did not sound clear so we asked if they had said a different pizza restaurant name and just hung up… we called back and requested to speak to a manager which she said she was, so we said you hung up on us which she replied yea… so we just asked for our refund… we came to Oceanside for our honeymoon and everybody has been great except this individual that sounded like she hated her life… we are thinking of moving here and can’t believe she has this attitude not appreciating her position, sorry Domino’s treated us better…

this will def be the last time I’m ordering pizza hut. ordered two hand tossed pizza and got pan pizzas which we haven’t ordered in a long time since pan pizzas are a too greasy for us. Called the location and asked to check my order since I couldn’t pull up online and confirmed that I ordered correctly. when I told him that we received pan pizzas, I’m told that they ran out of pan dough an hour ago. I could have driven down there to show them what I received but if I had the time or energy to, I wouldn’t have had to order for delivery. I was even excited to try the new pretzel crust. As hungry as I was, I just couldn’t eat the pizza. I would have overlooked the fact that half of the spinach was on the side but they could have been friendlier or somewhat nicer on the phone and not just tell me that they gave me the right order. well at least they got the choc chip cookie right!!! cookies for dinner!!! But after thus crap I will NEVER order pizza hut again!!!

I requested delivery to Camp Pendleton and the lady said «nobody delivers there, thank you and good bye» hangs up the phone. Not good customer service

Might sound silly to go to Pizza Hut while I’m on vacation, instead of trying some local places I can’t get at home. BUT I honestly don’t eat pizza that much so for me this was a treat. Decided to go simple and order a cheese pizza and breadsticks. SOOOOOO good.
The service here is average. One downer was the phone kept ringing and ringing and it didn’t seem like anyone was picking it up. ever. Ha-​ha. Anyway, the wait time for my pizza order only took 10 minutes. So it wasn’t bad at all. I also love how they provided paper plates too. Good job Pizza Hut! :D

Came in and wanted to purchase an order for delivery. The lady that took my information and order was not customer service oriented. When ordering she seemed annoyed when I asked questions about the specials and so forth. After wards she helped a gentlemen behind me and in her tone she was more friendly towards him… (what gives) — (ain’t your type :) so after he was done ordering I decided that I was missing sauce *which is .50 additional charge, she had left to the back and after 5 Min’s she finally came back and said Oo did you need something? Yeah duh just been standing up here looking pretty… But hopefully the pizza was delivered and tasted good!

What gives here? Saw the large 3 topping carryout special on tv, for $ 7.99, so we go order one to take home and they charge us $ 10! Seems like many of the pizza joints like to advertise and then still charge you full price, hoping you wont notice. The pizza itself was quite bland. The crust was like cardboard, cant tell if there was any sauce on it, and the cheese had no flavor. Even the mozzerella sticks were bland. We couldnt decide if it was cheese or breadsticks, even the dipping sauce was bland. Weve had better at PH, but this one was hard to swallow.
