Horrible service.
I walked in and no one was there.
The bell rang, I waited for a minute and still nothing.
So I uncomfortably said, «Hello?».
Finally, a very obviously grumpy lady walks around the corner glaring at me.
She said, «Can I help you?».
I said, «I need to ship an item.»
She looked at me like I was seriously inconveniencing her.
Very sarcastic and condescending, she asked me how I wanted it shipped.
I told her that I had never done this before, and that I needed to know the options.
Finally, after holding in my frustration and being as nice as possible she lightened up a little and clicked the ship button on her computer.
Not a place I would recommend to anyone… ever.
I thought I was doing a good thing by choosing local rather than going FedEx, but after the neglect of customer service that I experienced today, I wish I didn’t.

Nice people, but they are the slowest mailing place around! It takes me at least 20 min to get things mailed every-​time I go in.

Went in again this weekend, very friendly and helpful. I will go back again!

I like this place! I needed a notary and shipping and the prices aren’t bad. Nice people too!
