Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits

Terrible experience here. I ordered 5 tenders, fish & shrimp, 3 sides (mashed potatoes, Cajun fries & mac & cheese) a sweet tea & dipping sauce; for .10 cent each. I asked for everything to me made fresh
. I know its fast food but I wanted it hottt. They had me park in the front to wait for my order… Where do I start… The sweet tea tasted like unsweetened tea. I dumped it and refilled it twice because I thought my mind was playin tricks on me. It wasn’t, the sweet tea just was not sweet. 10 mins later… The food is brought out and I’m missing ALL of the sauces… Right, the ones I paid .10 cent each for; so I had to go inside and grab those… I get in the car and taste the fries… They’re stale and cold… I decided that I wasn’t going to complain anymore and went home. I get home and realize they didn’t include the mashed potatoes… Like.
Come on… I’m gettin punked… It’s like a 10 mile drive on a Friday night… It takes 20 mins to go back. Since I don’t plan on doing that; I’ve decided to let out all of my aggression on Unilocal.I feel better now. But I deserve a free meal for my troubles… smh

I work here and honestly there’s times mistakes are made due to how busy we are or if we misunderstood you, overall we are all a good team but we still are humans we all make mistakes but if we ever mess up just make sure you still have your receipt and we can give you what you were missing or replace your entire order ! Seriously though try the tenders I’m obsessed

Clearly, I wasn’t expecting a 5 star restaurant when I chose to come here. But it had a drive through and that was easiest with my baby in tow, so I decided to come here.
Weird drive thru, never seen one like that before. It’s kind of stupid when people are trying to leave the window and there is a line of cars in the way. Strange, but not enough to take a star off or anything.
Placing my order was easy. The woman knew what she was doing and I ordered within seconds. At the window, I told the woman that I wanted 2 mustards (this was after I told her I wanted mustard when placing the order). My food wasn’t ready so she had me go around the drive through again. Not a big deal because there were only 2 other cars in it and they had already placed their orders. So when I get back up to the window I get my food and I’m on my happy way home.
I get home and no mustard! So that was disappointing, since I stated twice that that was what I wanted.
Giving 3 stars because it was just average. The food was good, but it wasn’t amazing, which I don’t even know Popeyes is capable of anyway.
I can see how this would be a hit or miss place though. I’m sure sometimes it’s a real crappy experience, but mine was overall okay.

The only reason I can gave this pop eyes location two stars is because the food is good. However, the service is horrible at this location. If I ask for ranch I get BBQ, if I ask for hot sauce there is none in the bag and usually there is something missing in my bag.
Pop Eyes chicken tenders are the best I’ve ever had from a fast food joint but the staff at this location could be a little more attentive and not act like it’s an inconvenience I chose to dine there.

Hey Popeyes, I want a dang biscuit, not your friggin attitude.
